Plugs didn’t arrive
Plugs didn’t arrive , damaged in transport. , no communication from company , I had to chase them myself , said they would re send, then I got a refund, no explanation so I don’t know if plants are coming or not!

Gorgeous healthy sweet pea seedlings…
Gorgeous healthy sweet pea seedlings arrived safely, just when I was told they would. Well packed and nice and damp on arrival. After being out for a couple of days, they’re now happily growing upwards on my homemade hazel and birch wigwam! Lovely.

The plants what I ordered came…
The plants what I ordered came extremely late. I was away so I was stressed how they survive until I fly back home as my holiday was after the maximum waiting time, still, I tried to contact customer service but because they were busy it wasn't an easy run and again just waiting there too.
Luckily they arrived on the same day as we came back, but we were away for 10days and I should have been able to plant them before our holiday so it was pure luck that they arrived then, nothing to do with the company's generosity.
Plants arrived healthy but very small.
Definitely would not recommend to others.

Good quality plants, let down by courier service.
The plants I ordered were of high quality and what I expected from Marshalls having ordered previously. Sadly they were let down by Evri who never delivered part of the order regardless of the fact they confirmed they had received it. Marshalls refunded the money paid but I would have preferred that the plants were delivered. I am aware this was out of Marshalls hands but maybe which courier provides the best service is something to look at.

Plants arrived in perfect condition…
Plants arrived in perfect condition with no damage to the parcel. The plug plants were still moist. Potted them on straight after delivery. The plants are doing well.

Great plants shame about courier service
I have bought many plants/seeds from Marshalls and always good quality. Unfortunately the packaging for transportation needs to change and be more robust in view of the couriers current lack of care. Parcels have arrived flattened and damaged including the plants inside. Some plants survive but the last parcel - flat as a pancake - no chance.
