The plants arrived in a terrible…

The plants arrived in a terrible condition and despite my complaining and including photos, I've had nothing but a computer generated acknowledgement.

My order arrived badly damaged

My order arrived badly damaged. I only received 1 out of 12 plug plants and it was so bashed it didn’t survive.
My first email was ignored , second email a week later got noted but didn’t get any other response.
No money back , no replacement sent .
I will never recommend this company and absolutely never buy from them again.

Missing stuff

Great service and quality.

Great service and quality.
Received both parcels as described. All potatoes were completely healthy, 3 times the size of those in the shops,as usual I ordered far too many plants just because the selection is so good.
Then my asparagus was despatched the other week and they were huge, keeping everything crossed that they last me for the next 20 years. Yes they were an investment but again when you compare what they sell in those little bags in the supermarket these look about 10 times the size and fresher.

Second batch of order went astray

My order was arranged to be delivered in two batches. First one safely received and delivered on date expected. Second delivery apparently was damaged and so not delivered. A phone call explaining the situation was dealt with immediately and plants arrived safely. The plants were for a friend so I didn't actually see them but understand they were healthy and doing well

I have twice had issues with plants I…

I have twice had issues with plants I have ordered. Last year sweet peas that never arrived and this year, Strawberry plants that were late and only arrived when I chased them.

Asparagus arrived in beat up box one…

Asparagus arrived in beat up box one root short and dried up buds on another two roots. Worse still I received no reply to my online complaint about this despite receiving an acknowledgement of my complaint.

3weeks after placing order no plants…

3weeks after placing order no plants arrived despite being despatched. I think the problem is Evri the courier service as they seem to have a habit of losing orders. Tried getting a replacement but plants had sold out so had a refund. Marshall please get a decent courier service.

Poor plants…

I ordered 6 plugs of an ornamental grass, on receipt one was dead and the other 5 in such a poor condition I don't expect them to recover. Not what I expect for nearly £20. I will not be ordering plants from Marshalls again

Very poor quality product (miscanthus)

Very poor quality product (miscanthus). Not my idea of jumbo plugs....indeed there didn't seem to be any evidence of plugs. Of 3 seedlings, one is already dead, with the other 2 looking very poorly. For £15, this was dreadfully disappointing.

Delivered when the time was right to.

Delivered when the time was right to.
Came well packed for shipping but sadly I only received 4 plants instead of 12, after getting in touch with Marshall's garden they were kindly quick to offer me a refund or a replacement in a different colour, I was so impressed that they were willing to help straight away and thank you much appreciated.
I would certainly recommend and purchase again when needing to.

Very happy with the Jumbo Plugs

Ordered 3 Lithodora 'Heavenly Blue' Jumbo Plugs and I have to say, they were very decent when they arrived. Lovely, chunky plugs in excellent health. The free delivery offer made them fair value for money. Well packaged for their journey and arrived quickly.
