Plants arrived in perfect condition .

I was wary of ordering plants by mail order but just could not find the particular plant I wanted in any Garden Centre locally .
The plug plants were very healthy stocky and within 1 day in the sun fully recovered .

Of the 3 plug plants, one was drooping and has since died. Very disappointed and doubt that I'd buy from you again.

Sad looking plants

The plants arrived looking like they were hanging in the balance. It wasn’t even the journey that affected their appearance; I don’t think they were acceptable to begin with. I took photos and sent immediately to customer services. I repotted them in the meantime and didn’t hear back for over a week. Two out of the three plants did not survive. One is ok but not very strong.
I received an email about 9 days later and a refund.
I received plug plants from another company at the same time and the difference in service, packaging and quality was huge. I won’t be ordering plug plants from Marshall’s again I’m afraid.

Of 3 dozen sweetcorn plugs over 2 dozen…

Of 3 dozen sweetcorn plugs over 2 dozen arrived crushed and compost scattered everywhere. I completed your contact sheet together with photograph(s?) 10 days ago and so far received NO reaction whatsoever barring this rating request.
NOt a happy customer (of considerable standing!).

Bare root raspberry canes

The bare root raspberry canes were packed in a loose paper bag with no moisture retention capability. Delivery took more than a week and the canes arrived totally dessicated. I put them in water for a couple of days to try to revive them, and they are now planted but have little hope of survival.
1. They should have been packed in at least wet cotton wool and wrapped in polythene
2.Choose a delivery company that takes less than a week

Impossible to return the Item bought .

Impossible to return the Item bought .
Courier company is abysmal, no number to call to customer service, order number says is invalid. If I had know the compost is not peat free I would never have bought it.

Can you get reliable couriers

Can you get reliable couriers? The first order got damaged on transit and with the replacement order, out of 20 plants only 9 survived the transit

Box of plants were left in grass by…

Box of plants were left in grass by roadside cattle grid and practically invisible. Seed potatoes from previous order were delivered to a tenant on our business park and not found for three weeks. Not good.

Sweet pea plants arrived crushed…

Sweet pea plants arrived crushed and dead and unusable. I took photos and sent an eml, only to get a response saying it could take up to TEN DAYS for them to respond! Very unhappy.

I didn't get my leeks

I didn't get my leeks - Evri said they would deliver it 29th April then updated that they would deliver it the next day but it didn't arrive. When I checked with Evri they had sent it back to Marshalls on 1 st May. I reported it to Marshalls and I'm still waiting for a response nearly a week later.
