I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Marble Law. At the beginning, they told me the attorney had 18 years of experience, which was not true. I was also told the original payment would cover representation through trial, but after paying, communication completely stopped and the attorney never reviewed my case in full. The attorney made multiple serious mistakes, including not knowing the participants involved, not preparing for trial, and making several incorrect statements in front of the judge. Because I was represented, I was unable to speak for myself and correct those mistakes, the attorney silent me. Important evidence was never presented, and the attorney failed to properly represent my requests and position in court. After the first stage, the firm suddenly demanded double the price to continue. I paid again, yet the attorney still did not or barely communicated with me and only called the night before trial at 9:00 PM, sounding sleepy/snoring and unprepared. On the day of trial, he was almost late and again made incorrect statements, including saying I did not want things that I clearly requested. He did not show all evidence in front of him printed.I previously asked the firm to change my attorney because of these issues, but Marble Law ignored my concerns and only offered a 10% refund despite the damage done to my case. I requested a full refund. The attorney’s lack of preparation, professionalism, and failure to present evidence harmed my opportunity to seek full custody. It is shocking that such poor representation lost against a self-represented respondent simply because the attorney was lazy and unprepared. Marble law just responded me on email, never called me to discuss. Do not hire them, they get the worst and cheap attorneys to represent your case for them to make money out of that.

The absolute worst.Attorney Pablo Lobenberg waited 1 week before my hearing to send me forms, and was rushing me to hurry up and sign them so he could submit them on time. Day of hearing went horribly, the judge told him he had a bunch of filing errors that needed to be fixed, he showed up completely unprepared and looked like he didn’t know what he was talking about. I still had to pay the $6,000 bill even though he did absolutely nothing to help my situation. Save your money and time. Marble law is NOT worth it.

quick and easy, be in a spot that gets good reception

DO NOT USE THIS company. Very fraudulent in their actions. I set up with them to do a K1 visa and right from the beginning they were having communication issues and never set me up correctly. I had my initial meet with the lawyer a week later and had nothing prepared because they had never sent me anything. $2800 I paid up front and nothing. Then after the meet I spent 2 weeks with zero feedback or response from the lawyer. You are not given a number and have to email them through the service. If you call in they make you go through AI chat unless it’s an emergency. You can never contact anyone on your team directly. If you do get someone on the phone they will tell you they are opening a ticket and someone will get back to you in 3 days. Unbelievable! I was finally able to speak to me paralegal assistance who was rude and then hung up on me. After this I requested to cancel service and get a refund. So far all they would do is refund $700 of my $2800 saying that was my deposit. I have had to file this as fraud with my bank. Save yourself the money and frustration and do not give in to their lies.

I had an incredible experience with Marble and my lawyer, David Mollon. He acted in my best interest from day one, gave me honest guidance without sugarcoating, and resolved my case in my favor. David made multiple trips to court on my behalf and kept me informed the entire time. I strongly recommend both David Mollon and Marble if you want real results and straight answers.

It was good at the beginning, I explained my situation from the very beginning and was very transparent. My son who is a minor was needing representation to be able to see his son, I contacted Marble as his mother and legal guardian. We spoke to an assistant, then a paralegal, then a lawyer then another lawyer, had everything set in place to have paperwork drafted and then nothing happened and suddenly received a notice that our case was closed and they could not continue representing us because my son was a minor. I'm trying to keep this as short as possible, but it's very funny to me that even though I was very upfront with this, taking my money was not a problem at all and YES I paid in full and YES I have been refunded now. It was a waste of time and a HUGE EMOTIONAL dissapointment as it delayed the process, so we had to find another lawyer. If you are not able to help someone, please be UPFRONT. That is why you go to College/University, PREPARE YOURSELF. My son was not representing himself nor signing anything, I was. The payments were all under my name. Again, please be transparent with people before taking their money!!!!!

Marble law are liars. They've been telling me for about 3 weeks now that my case is under review to receive my money back and that I should get it back in 7 days. The attorney that was assigned me, Marcus Wobschall from Florida assured me that I would get my money back. He gave me the contact information for Marble who process that, Rose Enrique. I contacted her and never received a response from her. Some lady I called now, just hung up on me. People I beg you don't use Marble. Marcus said that they aren't bad actors. I swear to you that indeed, they are!!

I am very disappointed in Marble law. When I talked to them initially and their price structure i was excited because I thought I could afford a divorce attorney. I paid the initial $2600.00 thinking I was going to receive a divorce. All that $2600 got me was a form filled out that chatgpt would have filled out for free. They wanted another $12000 to go to trial.

If I could give a zero, I would. Among several other issues, the lawyer I was scheduled to have a phone consult with NO SHOWED!! When I asked to have my deposit refunded I was assured I would receive it in 5 business days. Several weeks later and I am still fighting with this group for my refund which is now impacting my family as I’ve had to put a retainer down on another attorney (that thankfully DOES keep their appointments). I have screenshots that I don’t seem to be able to attach here stating that the Legal and Finance teams are reviewing my dispute but the customer service representative DOESNT HAVE THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION! Are you kidding me??! Awful, awful, awful experience pretty much all around and now I’m in a very difficult spot for supporting my family.

This is my third review of Marble Law. I'm doing again just to warn people. My attorney was ill-prepared for our hearing. The attorney told me that the law in Georgia was on my side. He never asked me for any documentation, pictures, etc to prove my husband and I had been having recent contact with our granddaughters through their dad. So,I was ill-prepared for the questions and proof asked of me by the defense. The judge called my attorney down numerous times. The judge told my attorney he did not know Georgia law numerous times. The flat fee they advertise is a hoax. PLEASE don't believe it. I ultimately spent over $8,000. This was life or death for me, as I was attempting to get grandparents rights for visitation for my two beautiful granddaughters. My total bill was right at $8,700. I was originally quoted $2, 400. Unfortunately, I owe them $148 as my remaining balance. Even though they have my debit card information to make the remaining payment, they refuse to run it. I received a message today stating they would sue me for the remaining balance. I'm only telling people this to make them aware, they're very untrustworthy and very unprofessional. Have we have been prepared for our case, things would have been different. But we had s***** representation.

I wouldn’t hire Marble lawyers again if someone paid me. I wrote a review already, but this one is to say they responded to my review, asked me to give them a call, only to offer me another attorney! Not free of charge might I add since I just lost $3k with them! Not a refund of any sort. Just a bunch of apologies that mean nothing without the proper solution. This was a scam and so are the responses they leave under your review! They bait you in and leave you with more questions than you began with. RUN!

I hired Marble Law Group to handle my divorce case and unfortunately my experience left me with serious concerns about their professionalism, communication and overall handling of clients.

Throughout my case, I was assigned to three different attorneys. This constant turnover created confusion, lack of continuity and inconsistent legal guidance. I regularly received conflicting information depending on who I spoke to, which made it impossible to feel confident that my case was being properly managed.

Communication was extremely poor. Calls and messages were frequently not returned and I was consistently the one having to follow up. This is unacceptable for a firm handling sensitive legal matters.

Despite paying in full, there was little to no meaningful progress on my case. The level of work performed did not match what was represented when I hired the firm. Based on my experience, this raises concerns about transparency and whether clients are being given realistic expectations of service.

After months of frustration, I decided to cancel their services. The refund I received did not reflect the lack of work performed, which added to my concerns.

Overall, my experience was disorganized, unresponsive and not aligned with what I was led to expect. I would strongly caution others to consider other options before hiring this firm. If you’ve already retained their services, I’d recommend closely reviewing how your case is being handled, how frequently attorneys are reassigned and how communication is being managed.

The worse experience! Marble Law stole over $2600 and gave us absolutely zero help! My wife hasn’t seen her daughter in 2 months, and easy contempt of court case, 1 and half months later still nothing, no court action, no communication even with us trying so hard. We were looking for help and this company just stole our money! I pray KARMA eats this company alive because stealing from people during our time of need is shameful. Don’t fall for the Affirm payment plan, we cancelled and they charged us $2600 for absolutely nothing, we paid for a service that was not rendered! Please do not fall for the false reviews ,their pitch sounds great, website looks like it’s the complete package but, you will not receive what was offered and definitely not in a timely manner nor any communication from your supposed lawyer assigned to you!
