AVOID!!! Absolute nightmare. As frustrating as it could possibly be. They require full details on their intake form, then have an AI call you to verify it. Then they have a human customer service rep call you, insist on pleasantries and wastes tons of time before even getting to the point of their call, and even after all of that you have no idea what the service will cost. Idiotic process that is a giant waste of everybody's time except for their attorneys who aren't even involved in it. As an attorney myself, this process is horrifying.

Paid $3500 with John Suarez in an attempt to get a divorce. He smooth talked me into it. All they did was file papers with the court and attempt to serve my ex. They failed. I had to hire a Constable who got her served the first time. They didn’t answer my questions in my emails and gave my case little to no attention (In my opinion). I would have never given them $3500 if I didn’t think it would have gotten my divorce finalized. Horrible horrible experience. State Bar, here I come.

From the moment they had my money, the urgency disappeared.
Communication was nearly nonexistent. Direct access to my attorney? Almost impossible. Getting answers? Nearly impossible. Reaching an assistant? Forget it. Every single interaction felt like being transferred, put on hold, or forced to explain my case all over again to someone who had no idea what was going on.
Then came the requests for additional money—with little to no clear explanation of what I was actually paying for. When you’re already vulnerable and fighting for your life, your children, and your future, the last thing you should feel is financially manipulated.
I did everything they asked of me. Every document. Every payment. Every deadline. Every phone call.
I held up my end.
They did not.
When it mattered most—when I needed strategy, preparation, urgency, advocacy, and someone willing to actually fight—the attorney assigned to me appeared distracted, unprepared, and completely disconnected from the seriousness of what was at stake.
The issues I specifically asked to be addressed were ignored.
The concerns that should have been prioritized were barely touched.
The urgency my case deserved never existed.
At one point, I genuinely felt I could have represented myself better.
Read that again.
I paid for legal representation and still felt completely alone.
Because of the delays, lack of communication, lack of preparation, and lack of real advocacy, I lost time with my children. I lost my license. I suffered life-changing consequences that I now have to carry long after this firm collected their payment.
What hurts the most isn’t just what I lost.
It’s realizing the people I trusted to fight for me never truly showed up.
If you are a parent… if your livelihood matters… if your future matters… if your children matter…
Please do your research before trusting this firm with your life.
I can never get that time back.
I can never undo the damage.
And I can never recommend this company.
Not for families. Not for serious cases. Not for people who actually need someone in their corner.

Ease of communication and understanding the outcomes....

The guy I was speaking with Jeremiah wipf, he was a HUGE help with helping me get started on the process of this divorce and was a delight to speak with in general. They made me feel like I was taking to right steps to get this done and over with.

What I was charged doesn't match the work that was done. My mediation was cancelled and their still trying to charge me and it hasn't even been rescheduled. I'd rather had went with a regular attorney.

I signed up with Marble Law and called to cancel my account within 12 hours. I was told by 2 different people; one was the para legal and the other worked with payments that I would receive a full refund due to the fact that nothing happened with my case - I did not speak with an attorney, I did not submit/upload documents, etc. However, I was told weeks later that only a partial refund would be given. I was very disappointed and will continue to fight and work through this to receive my money. Feels and sounds like a scam. I would avoid them at all costs.
