They have been great right from the start. Only had to answer questions and sign. The smoothest I have ever had & would recommend anyone now and in the future.

Attorney didn’t know what she was doing. My case is still open. Paid $2500 for nothing basically.

Wasted $10,000. All they did was file paperwork and attend one court appearance. It was extremely difficult to get in touch with my attorney, and the customer service was terrible—every person told me something different, and nobody seemed to know what was going on.

My documents were disorganized, mislabeled, and even included another person’s paperwork mixed in with mine. Now I’m forced to handle my divorce trial on my own.

I truly regret using this service. It was a huge waste of money that I simply could not afford to lose. Stay away.

Extremely disappointing experience with Marble.

The case manager said they would take my case and there was a very high chance I would win my case, So i funded my case but then after the attorney I spoke with refused to sign the contract because there was a very low chance I would win my case. No legal services were ever rendered, no contract was signed and I was told I would receive a full refund quickly with in 5-7 business days. I was also assured that everything would be resolved before any financing payment became due.

It has now been over 30 days, and I still do not have a full resolution or any proper communication from Marble.

The most frustrating part of this experience has been the complete lack of communication and accountability. I have sent multiple emails, made numerous phone calls, and repeatedly followed up trying to get answers. Almost every time, I am told that “a ticket has been opened” or that “the refund department is aware,” but nobody actually follows up, provides updates, or resolves the issue or provided me with my refund.

At this point, I have been left out money for services that were never provided and for a contract that was never signed. The refund timeline I was originally promised was never honored, and getting any meaningful response from Marble has been incredibly difficult.

I understand delays can happen, but over 30 days without proper communication, updates, or resolution is unacceptable.

I am writing another bad review due to the fact that marble customer service/employees of marble law are denying/scamming me and saying I’ve put in to many requests to get a refund. They denied my request because according to marble they completed my service, when it was clearly not. They only “completed” my service/paperwork when I requested a refund, and when requesting this refund I even said “do not work on my case, I just want my money back.” Since then I’ve put in multiple requests for a refund. And I am now no longer able to request a refund anymore. I’ve reached out to the number they referred to in my previous complaint and still nothing. Marble law is a scam.

Everything so far has been quick and easy. They walk you through all the steps to make sure you understand what is needed to process your application. Text messages to make sure you stay on task and easy documentation right on your phone.

I was booked for a paid consultation and was told couple days later no-one was available for me.
Appointment canceled and never rescheduled

In a time crunch of needing an attorney within a week marble was able to help me be secussefull in finding an attorney
