Alhamdullilah. We completed our Umrah for the first time. May Allah accept our duas.IA. We have learnt a lot from this journey. I feel the ground transport timing needs to be improved -as it causes unnecessary anxiety/stress when they are not punctual- hasnain you sorted out the problem Jzk for all your help.

We had a brilliant time in Makkah and Madinah from Quest Makkah tours brother Hamza was on point all the time when I needed to ask him questions. He responded straight away that’s the kind of service you look for from a good company very consistent. I definitely recommend friends & family. Thanks again brother hamza , and had to say special thanks to brother haris he also played a big part. Nurul

The way the the ummrah experience was made to be as easy and enjoyable as possible for us and the amount of respect that was shown towards my parents and siblings whilst we were there and in the lead up to our journey was genuinely the best I’ve seen I could not be more thankful for what they had done for us. A big big thank you to Husnain bhai for all his help and I would heavily recommend to others to book there ummrah package through him. Whenever we needed any help we got a very quick response from Husnain bhai and he made sure that we had no problems the whole time we were out in Makkah and Madinah. One of the best experiences of my life and I’m very thankful for how easy Husnain bhai made it for me.

When I first came across them I really thought they were fake but honestly they made my Umrah trip so smooth and stress free. We had absolutely no issues, Hassan was always there if we needed any support with anything on WhatsApp. Will definitely book with them again إِنْ شَاءَ ٱللَّٰهُ.

Exceptional experience with the Agent Saad. Strongly recommend for future plans

My husband, friend and I went for Umra. We had a good time. The accommodation was very clean and very close to Haram. The taxis were reliable always on time. The buffet breakfast was also nice, with a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from.
Your staff were engaging, courteous and respectful. I will like to seize this opportunity to thank Hassan, Saad and Awon Ali, for all their support and kindness. This agent is honest and reliable. Hope to travel with you soon.

Very good communication with quest Makkah tours. Reliable and trustworthy, I had pleasure of speaking with Hassan brother who was in touch with me 6 months before our trip and throughout the time before our trip and in the trip, all transportation and booking was as he planned it, I changed my hotels numerous times and he was tolerant of this as it was was 15 of us who went umrah together. We recently performed Umrah with Quest Makkah Tours, travelling as a family with my wife and children. The entire trip was organised by Brother Mohammad Hamza, and our experience was truly exceptional. Everything ran smoothly and was well-organised, allowing us to focus completely on our ibadah without any stress or worry.

Brother Hamza was incredibly supportive, staying in touch with us throughout the journey to ensure everything went according to plan. The package was also very affordable, customised thoughtfully to fit our budget.

Based on our wonderful experience, we wholeheartedly recommend Quest Makkah Tours and Brother Hamza for anyone planning their own spiritual journey of a lifetime.

Special thanks to Brother Hasan and Saad who helped me throughout my journey for Umrah. Would recommend booking Quest Makkah Tours as both the agents were extremely helpful.

recently completed a 10-day Umrah package arranged by Mohammed Saad, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the outstanding service. From the moment I enquired, Mohammed was professional, patient, and incredibly helpful — guiding me through every step of the booking process and ensuring all my questions were answered.

The trip itself was perfectly organised — from the flights and hotel arrangements to the transportation and guidance during Umrah. Everything ran smoothly, allowing me to focus entirely on my worship and spiritual journey.

Thank you, Mohammed Saad, for making this a truly memorable and stress-free experience. I highly recommend his services to anyone planning their Umrah — trustworthy, reliable, and always attentive.
