Yes, I am a genuine customer, and you recently changed your logo and name. Never trust this agency. Before, it was Quest Makaah, and now they have Yasrab Tours, such a bullshit

BEWARE: DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY! They took my money for a Switzerland holiday visa, failed to process the application, and are now refusing to give me a refund. Pure fraud and total time-wasters.

I would like to give big thanks to Raffay for all his help and support throughout my Switzerland trip preparations.

Raffay has been extremely helpful in guiding and supporting us with everything we needed to get ready for the trip. He understood requirements, patiently answered all our questions, and made sure we had the right support for the appointments and preparations.

I can't thank enough for all the help we got from Raffay in Quest Makkah Tours. He always listen to my questions and queries regarding our trip. When ever I had a doubt he was always there for us. The price was extortion and they only want to sell you a package they don't want to make sure that you get a comfortable journey and a comfortable stay there will set you up in the lowest quality accommodation which benefits them in money wise and for anything extra you will ask for there is extortion charge this is the worstest experience I've had with this company I've been several times on my journeys paid same sort of price but this company did not deliver what it was expected and my package was cancelled and I told him to refund my money I will go with another company they did not their hogged on to my money and made alternative plans for my journey they did not want to refund anything my items were damaged and they did not give me the correct information to claim for my damages and when afforded information to them with all the pictures they did not deal with the matter promptly and I'm still waiting even after one month the worst experience I've ever had is with this company I would not recommend them go with somebody who you are familiar with and you do trust this company does tell you they have had many customers gone and they'll try and send you videos of people giving them a good feedback don't fall for it they don't answer the call when you've got issues or problems they'll pass them phone to another person every time and they'll deceive you the worst company you can go with they will sell you a package you will go with more stress I would never recommend this company to anybody

I booked my 6 days 5 nights tour of spain (Andalusia) this Aug 2026. Quest Makkah tour arranged my flights + hotel + tour guides at diff cities. I really like the arrangements. Only down side was time management of events but apart from that, rest was all as expected (i.e. went smoothly). Would like to come back to them for my next holiday package.

arranged a fantastic trip for me and my friend. We first visited Switzerland and stayed there for two days, where we explored many beautiful places. After that, we spent two days in Germany.

Their services were excellent — flights, accommodation, and everything was perfectly managed. The whole trip was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone planning a tour abroad!

I travelled with my husband and close family on an Umrah trip organised by Quest Makkah Tours in late 2025. As a mother, what was supposed to be a blessed journey ended up being extremely distressing.

Because of issues with the return travel they arranged, my two young daughters and I were left at Madinah airport for many hours overnight. One of my children was unwell and on medication, but our messages to the company asking for help went unanswered for long periods. My girls tried to sleep on the hard floor and chairs under cold air‑conditioning while we waited. We were eventually given short‑term access to a lounge, but during a long onward stop in Doha we again received no real support from the agency despite sending updates and photos.

Earlier in the trip, the standard of accommodation and transport was also far below what we had been led to expect. The hotel in Madinah did not match the level we were sold and was difficult for an elderly relative who relies on a wheelchair. The transport felt poorly maintained – at one point we were even helping move heavy luggage through a vehicle window because the door mechanism wasn’t working properly.

After my husband raised our concerns and challenged the way the trip had been handled, the company’s tone became defensive rather than helpful. We have also experienced very worrying behaviour connected to documents we supplied for the booking, including a threatening message containing a copy of a passport image that had only been shared with this company; this is now part of an active police and data‑protection investigation.

Overall, the experience has left us anxious and deeply disappointed, and I would be very cautious about recommending this company to other families.

VERY DISSAPOINTED AND MANAGEMENT FAILURE
My Umrah was booked in October 2025 still yet haven't heard or got my final solution /response from them. The manager keeps saying i will get back to you and never does. Now ive had enough and i stopped calling him. KAMRAN raza was the booking agent and his manager share the same ideology. Both have bad vibe in them. My booking request for Umrah wasn't fulfilled and when i rang them from Makkah and Madina they failed me both times. The room i was suppose to get in Makkah was Haram view. Instead they gave me a city view ( not even a partial haram view ) the hotel booking voucher stated city view when they originally booked it. They have taken no responsibility and started blaming the third party company which are based in another country. I still have his text message and its disgusting the way his customer service was. They promised me to fullfill my request at Madina, and again they failed me and did not give me the room we wanted and took no responsibility. My sister received threats from the manager. He forced her to take the review down. My advise there are plenty of other company to book with. ALSO this company do not give u ur hotel voucher until on the day so you dont have time to sort this problem out.
They are clever and deceiving people like this.

Overall, my experience with Makkah Tours was decent. The booking process was straightforward, and the team was responsive before departure. The accommodation was acceptable, though not quite what I expected based on the description. Transportation arrangements were generally smooth, but there were a few delays that could have been better communicated.It wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement in organization and customer communication.

Our family experience with Quest Makkah Tours was terrible. We paid for a 5-star package, but they delivered substandard, dirty accommodation and dangerous transport. In Madina, the hotel was a low quality 3 star that was a massive struggle for the elderly members of our group.

​The most shocking part was the total lack of care for the children. Due to the agency's booking errors, part of our family including two toddlers was left stranded at the airport for 12 hours. They had to sleep on the freezing floor and metal chairs under the AC while the company ignored our messages for hours. They even forced my family to pay extra money while they were stranded just to get them on a flight home.

​The "luxury" transport was a joke, the bus had a broken door so we had to lift all our suitcases through the windows ourselves. Since we’ve returned, the company has stopped responding to our emails and WhatsApps, and they are still withholding money. They are dishonest and have no duty of care. Please do not trust them.
