Quests Makkah Tours Limited is a highly untrusted Company.
We booked a 4-day holiday trip to Milan Italy in September 2026.
They promised 4* Hotel but it was merely 2*
They said the Hotel is 4 Miles away from the nearest train station but they booked the Hotel 90KM (55 Miles away) from the arriving / departing Airport.
They mis-sold the package because after initial payment they changed one of the attraction without any information stating it’s not available - A very highly unprofessional service.
In all it all cost us an extra €400 and also unnecessary travelling time of 8 hours although it was informed to them well in advance that we are OAP’s and didn’t want extra local travel.
Huzaifa and Zayn are agent who were very unsupportive after booking.
Will never recommend any tour packages with them.
Also, when I wrote a review they removed it from their website.

We booked our umrah with Makkah tours this is our second time very good experience Ahmed is very cooperative and give us very good service

I have been travelling for many years with my family and for Umrah and other countries with 7 continents and always dealt with Mr. Aleem who has been great to sort out my journeys he has been very kind, polite and helpful in every way.

We have had an incredible experience, our agent, Mr Adam Khan was very helpful with every step and he kept contact with us in Mecca and Madinah. We strongly recommend this company, especially Mr Adam Khan. He arranged everything for us

Thanks to Mr Ahmed , he was really helpful and kept us updated all the way through.

Contacted them on 14/11/2024 regarding umrah trip in Feb 2025. Agent was very rude.
He gave me a package and I advised that im just asking around with other travle agents to get best price and deal.he he became very rude. His reply was that I'm just wasting his time. I've tuk a screenshot of the chat as evidence. Very unprofessional

5 Star service provided by Makkah Tours.
Nabila Shah was excellent in arranging our Umrah package from start to end. Communication skills was top notch may Allah SWT reward Nabila for her effort. Also recommend the Basma Transport they used for us to pick us up from Airport to Hotels etc.

I was happy with the services me and my family had. Everything was in a reasonable budget for my family and I. Azaan was especially helpful in the booking process.

This representative helped me by using good customer service and kind attitude towards finding the flight I wanted at the right price. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the airlines and airports.

Thank you Makkah Tours for making our Umrah experience so beautiful. A special thanks to Usman for sorting all the issues with flights, getting us the hotels we wanted so close to both Harrams and travel in Saudi was also amazing - Most appreciated and in our duas!

Sister Warda so very helpful from the moment I started putting the package together. Even though we didn't take the full package it was still reassuring to book with a good agent like makkah tour.
