The cost/benefit of this toll road is not worth it. On the previous times when I have used this road I paid regular car rates, but this weekend I got charged £17.60 for a one-way journey! I believe because vehicles are now charged by height and I had a roof box on. That’s £35.20 for a return journey for a non-commercial vehicle?!?? That's the equivalent of half a tank of fuel and for very little time saving in off-peak hours. From now on it’s “avoid tolls” in the sat nav for this journey.

Receiving a debt collector letter without any prior contact is horrific, I can imagine people just pay without checking out details. Debt letter had practically no information what we was supposed to have done wrong?
I've unfortunately not been well and not currently working and getting a letter was very upsetting as having an unexpected bill for a hundred pound just after Christmas.
What is more concerning is not only did we pay it was a system error and we had done nothing wrong.
However M6 seem to think it's ok to use a 3rd party debt collector to intimidate paying with no prior contact.

Overcharged for using the same vehicle. I travelled on Saturday northbound and was correctly charged £10.50 to use the toll yet I was then charged £17.60 on the Sunday in the SAME vehicle. I have used the toll for years in this vehicle and always been charged the same amount. When queried and requested a refund I was told that I am NOT getting one and that the charge is dependant on the angle that I entered the payment zone and the length and height of my vehicle (which has never changed)……….

Used it for two junctions was charged £10.50, contacted customer
Service as maximum price according to bill board is £9.60, they replied quite quickly in all fairness, but I will get a refund but final charge for two junctions......... £8.40!!!!!

I brokedown on the M6Toll with my young family in the car and fortunately found a lovely team who called out the M6 Toll roadside assistance. We had a fantastic experience with the very helpful Graham (I really hope I got your name right). He got us back on the road and even followed us to the next services to make sure all was okay before he left us.
A real saviour to what could have been an awfully long night (RAC initially predicted 2-4 hours then pushed back to 4-6 hours!)
A very Merry Christmas to the M6 Toll team from my family to yours! Definitely worth the £10.50 trip!!!

Lol ,this must be one of the worst companies under review. All these issues were pointed out and ignored by people how should never have been in charge and have moved on under a cloud . So glad I quit .And all those great Breeze bonuses worth every penny .

I broke down on M6 toll Steve and Matt stop and asked if I needed help and placed the cones near my car while I was waiting for AA. The guys were very friendly. Make sure I had a drink and make sure I was safe. They also logged the call and told me to wait near a safe place so I can be monitored on the cameras great service.

I was stopped on the side of the M6 Motorway Toll road just before the plaza because my dashboard was saying that I had a flat. I tried to sort it myself but couldn't and as it was the driver's side, it was very close to the road that was busy with traffic.
I had called my breakdown company but had also alerted National Highways who sent a van to assist. Steven and Matthew arrived quickly and made sure that I was okay, providing water and letting me sit in the cab before looking at my car. They were extremely kind and reassuring, giving helpful advice. They were able to get me safely back on the road so that I could continue my journey. I am indebted to them both.

I unintentionally entered the M6 Toll during severe weather conditions. On that day, road visibility was significantly reduced due to heavy rain, and the road conditions made it difficult to identify signage clearly. As soon as I realised I had mistakenly entered the M6 Toll (T6), I exited at the next available junction (T5), which was only 4.7 miles from the entry point. Despite using only a very short section of the road, I was charged £13.50, which seems disproportionate to the distance travelled, especially given the circumstances and my immediate attempt to correct the error.
I emailed the M6 Toll Customer Services Team and to plea my case to them but was met with "You went on our road, you pay", attitude. Very disappointing

I drove on the M6 Toll for the first time this weekend. I've just discovered that a journey of literally 10 minutes (10 miles) cost £8.40!!! Never again. Wow!

Disgusting I was charged for travelling through 2 zones when it was impossible to only travel through one zone, ie I entered the zone by mistake and took the first exit out of the zone and was charged for going through 2 zones, virtual theft

No idea how much u are paying until you get your receipt.
Receipt retrieval system is so unreliable i have never been able to download them, always have to call customer services.
M6 toll should be run by someone else, someone competent!

The toll road is a pleasure to drive along, and the payment Plaza is easy to use. I have been very impressed by the quick response and action taken when my car was misclassed (for the first time ever) recently.
