not informing your client in the endless conversations before about the need to pay along/ before the move is hiding information. This system of stretching the time and lengthening the work time, holding the movers because the client don’t know they need to pay for them to finish the job is disrespectful and feels like a scam.
The movers themselves told me it’s a pattern and that this work could end in 2 hours as scheduled.
It wasn’t like this 3 years ago. And I wouldn’t work with you again.

I thought it would be good to give you feedback regarding my recent move. From the outset I must state that I did have 3 very competitive quotes at similar prices (one with 3 Luton vans), but because of my previous excellent experience with your company I chose to use M25 again.
My move started of very well, team arrived on time and started packing. When they started packing the vans they realised that they needed another van - this when the whole experience changed.
Apparently, the team leader Adrian got the blame for packing extra items, hence the need for an additional van. He told me that I had lied when I said all the items in the house were to be moved. He said he checked the video survey and that quite a few items weren’t included. Being packing day and having enough on my mind I forgot that I had added items to be moved on our WhatsApp chat (which you can find on our chat). The price was increased accordingly. I left the team for the last hour to finalise the loading as they were waiting for the additional van.
I assumed that all my items were packed and met the team the following morning at the delivery address. Upon meeting, there was a distinct change in their approach to my family. The team leader indicated that he got the blame for the additional items, and half an hour into unpacking, informed me that he had left the 2 cupboards in the one bedroom at the pickup address (as they were not in the video survey). And that there were no desks and bookshelves in the video from the other room (which he packed before the issue with your office regarding the other van – which I included in the additional quote). Here is part of the discussion in the WhatsApp chat:
“ Hi once again... at the moment it doesn't look like I will be putting stuff in storage... in that event I would like to take the following items in addition
2 white closets in the one bedroom
One of the desks (from the room that has 2 desks in it as well as the bookcase
Lawnmower
Small top loading freezer that is in the cupboard from the room with the tumble dryer
Can you give me a quote with those additional items.”
The quote was updated to include the additional items from above.
So, besides the abrupt, irritated and uncaring attitude of the team when unpacking, the team left the 2 large cupboards at the pickup address, as well as my hoover and one or 2 electronic items. They also displayed an irritated uncaring attitude to the offloading, causing several scuffs and marks on the walls. This seemed very spiteful as the third van was only half full, the cupboards could easily have fitted in the van – even without dismantling).
I find myself without the 2 cupboards (which I now have to replace – and ), no hoover and a broken frame glass which I need to repair as well as a broken clothes rail that I also need to replace. My previous landlord is looking at charging me for the disposal of the cupboards from the old house. I did pay extra for these cupboards to be included in the quote! Admittedly they did pack an additional chest of drawers and small Ikea desk that initially I said I would leave behind –I also sold the additional couch and large ottoman - easily larger items than the drawers and desk -(so this was not the reason for the additional van). I also asked the team to take a pile of black plastic shrink wrap that they took off the mattresses and sofa - to chich the answer was bluntly –“NO!”
The whole experience has left me with a very negative view of your service, as well as additional costs to replace/dispose of items, some broken items and scuffs etc. This is such a pity as I am a repeat customer, having left a stellar review of my previous move as well as several recommendations that have brought you more business. What a pity!

The actual movers were great, the head office admin was poor.
Petru and the team of movers were good, quick and no damage to any items. However the head office team was difficult to deal with.
The day before our move they called and asked if we could delay the move by a day which didn't work for us at all. In the end they delayed the move by 1 hr, but on the day this was increased to 4 hrs.
When the movers arrived they said they were only approved to move our large Items and not our boxes.
I then had to speak to head office on the phone who were saying I would need to pay extra for the boxes as they weren't included in the quote. Eventually they went back over the recordings of our previous calls to confirm I did in fact say we would be moving many boxes.
A frustrating experience but no fault of the movers.
M25 were super efficient from the get go starting with the video house inspection.
I have been kept abreast all the way with emphasis on removing stress and looking at solutions.
The project manager was very supportive and the Team of movers, heroic, super fast, polite and efficient.
I had a great deal of heavy stuff to move and they got on with it brilliantly.

Booked M25 movers services on 31.01.25 at the time I informed them that did not yet have a moving date. I was told I could pay a deposit which would secure the price. At no point was i informed that the prices change during the summer/winter months. I made contact to confirm a date which fell into m25 movers “summer period” meaning a whopping price increase of 20%.
Due to time constraints I had no choice but to continue with the arrangement and agree to pay the additional cost. On moving x4 movers attended -Andrei and his team - lovely and hardworking was happy with them personally.
Not happy at the fact that several of my larger items have been scratched/damaged.
Not happy either that on the day despite me booking An XL removal van - 2 smaller Luton vans turned up which meant that I would now have to pay the £60 hourly rate for wait time on x2 vans. I have absolutely no plans to move anytime soon but if I did I would NOT use this company - have no issue with paying whatever it costs but be open transparent, upfront and VERY CLEAR about cost from the outset!!
M25 Movers made what could have been a stressful day into a seamless experience. From start to finish, the Kung Fu Pandas team—led by George—was prompt, efficient, and unfailingly friendly. They handled all our packing, assembly, and the move from our two-bed apartment to our new house with incredible care. Even after the move, they kindly helped us set up our TV stand when it arrived later that day, which was above and beyond what we expected.
The customer service on the phone was consistently helpful and professional, and the crew’s attentiveness ensured we always felt at ease. My only suggestion would be to shift any follow-up calls (for confirming crates or extra items) to the day after the move—after a long day of packing and relocating, it’s nice to have a little time to collect your thoughts.
Overall, I would highly recommend M25 Movers—especially the Kung Fu Pandas team—to anyone looking for a fast, friendly, and reliable moving service.

Optimus and his team did a great job. They worked until gone 9pm to ensure beds were put back together and we were all set in our new home. Polite, hard working and careful with both the furniture and the paintwork. Great job, highly recommend.

We booked a full-service move (packing, loading, unpacking) over two days.
The company significantly underestimated our needs during a video quote, providing a truck suited for 1,000 sq ft instead of the required 1,300 sq ft. This misjudgment led to insufficient manpower and space, causing delays and the need for an additional van. Initially, they attempted to deny responsibility, claiming we hadn’t requested to move certain small items, despite prior confirmation. While they eventually waived the extra van fee, they charged us for two parking fines, which felt unjust given their planning errors.
We also had some problem with our belongings: shoe cabinet broken during moving out, wall damaged etc.
With all the issues, the moving was delayed and took longer than expected, so the unpacking was not completed as promised (not even started actually !).
The moving crew (quite professional though) acknowledged those issues, and told us to make claims for:
-the unpacking that could not be done (too late for the crew)
-the shoe cabinet broken during moving out (almost 200£ bought less than 2y ago)
-the damaged wall (damaged by the shoe cabinet falling) and other wall damages (300£ total - an invoice from the landlord was provided).
-the armrest of our sofa that was removed, but could not be reassembled in the new apartment (and now we are stuck with a 4k£ sofa with only one armrest instead of 2).
We did the claim for everything, and after telling us that none of the damages were covered by the terms of the contact (that you should definitely pay attention to), they generously offered us 47£ for reparation, and then stopped replying.
The experience was really bad. Only 2/3 of the job has been done, serveral items were damaged.
The cherry on top was customer service offering a laughable compensation, even though the moving crew acknowledged all the issues.

The company was excellent in communicating throughout the move from start to finish.
There was always someone available to answer questions if needed.
The team was aptly named A-team managed a gigantic move in exceptional time. They were focused and helpful.
The payment end of the process could have been more easy (similarly to the deposit request), the Klarna option that was mentioned on the website was not presented.
All in all a smooth move and very happy with the company.
