Thank you for your response. I appreciate your right to share your perspective, but I strongly disagree with the way you’ve framed my experience.
Let me be clear: my review is honest and reflects exactly what happened during our move. It is not exaggerated or misleading, and it was written after weeks of attempting to resolve things privately and fairly.
You mention that I declined your goodwill payment of £75—but what you don’t mention is that this offer was conditional on signing a non-disclosure agreement, which would have prevented me from sharing my experience publicly. I did not feel comfortable accepting compensation in exchange for silence. I wanted to be free to speak honestly and to give your company every opportunity to address my concerns openly.
You also claim that I raised my concerns late. That is not true. I flagged issues promptly via WhatsApp and by phone—both during and shortly after the move. I communicated early and clearly about what had gone wrong, including missing items, damage, delays, and safety concerns.
Your internal review may not “support the severity” I described—but the outcome speaks for itself: crushed lampshades, broken sentimental items, a damaged wardrobe door, a hole in an interior door, and exposed ceiling wiring, which still hasn’t been repaired. Dismissing this as “wear and tear” is not only inaccurate—it’s dismissive of the real consequences left behind in my home.
As for the missing items, they remain missing. Whether due to carelessness, poor handling, or disorganisation, the point is that they were not returned, and no one has taken responsibility for their loss.
I also made it clear—directly and in writing—why I was seeking modest compensation of £250, which was far below the actual financial and emotional cost of the experience. Instead of engaging with the substance of my concerns, I received generic replies and a refusal to take any meaningful responsibility.
I understand that you are proud of your company’s reputation. That’s your prerogative. But a truly professional company doesn’t only rely on its reputation—it acts with accountability when things go wrong. A good company would have proactively offered to rectify the issues, not just issue a token offer tied to silence.
For the record, I also have a reputation—among my friends, family, and community, all of whom trust me to speak with honesty and fairness. I don’t write negative reviews lightly. I wrote this one because the experience genuinely warranted it.
Despite giving your company every opportunity to resolve this respectfully and privately, I was met with defensiveness. I hope that sharing my experience helps others make a more informed decision.

Everything perfect from start to finish - kind, polite customer service , zoom video conference of every cupboard and room to estimate genuine amount to be transported, incredibly careful but quick packing and unpacking service - everything put in the right new rooms and cupboards .
