Twice in 6 weeks and excellent service
This was our second time using M25 Movers in the space of 6 weeks and this time we had Super Mario Team with Constantin and Jonathan. They were excellent. Planning was poor
Planning was poor. We were contacted the night before our 8am start saying that M25 had scheduling issues, and that they would need to start at 12. On the day, they missed this deadline and didn't arrive until 3:30 that afternoon. We also received 2 movers instead of the 3 we were quoted. After the move, they missed their box collection date by not showing up, and did not contact us at all until the next day.
Generally the movers themselves are good, but seems to be too tightly planned and badly organised at HQ. I wouldn't use them again.

The removal team were amazing
The removal team were amazing. Really fast and well organised. They looked after our things and made sure we could go to bed on arrival!
There were however some issues with the logistics from the office side. We’d paid for packing the day before and they phoned the day before this to cancel that service. They did however resolve this once I said it wouldn’t work for us. Also, our Move Coordinator told us that they would be able to put things in the loft but the movers said they never do this.

M25 Movers – My Experience
On the positive side, I can’t fault the care they took with my belongings. The team were meticulous in packing, moving, and unloading. Nothing was damaged, no walls were marked, and everything was handled with genuine care. They clearly know how to get your possessions in and out without issue, and in that respect, they did a great job.
Unfortunately, the way things were handled at the end of the move left a very bad taste in my mouth. Once everything was out of the house, the lead mover explained he didn’t want to press “loading complete” on his device because it would start a timer, and if the vans were stationary for more than an hour, I’d be charged per van. He then suggested I “just sort the guys a drink” to avoid this.
From there, communication with head office stopped. At the end of the job, I was effectively cornered into paying an extra £200 on the spot – with the alternative being that he would press the button and I’d receive a £280 invoice for two vans supposedly standing idle. This was despite:
My request for a single larger truck from the outset
The second van arriving hours later (around 10 a.m.)
The entire move being completed by 3 p.m.
They also sent more men than I expected. While one or two clearly knew what they were doing, the rest seemed to be walking around aimlessly.
In summary: excellent care in handling possessions, but I strongly disliked the upselling tactics, lack of transparency, and the feeling of being pressured into paying extra at the end – especially when an all-in price had been agreed months earlier. It turned what could have been a positive experience into one I wouldn’t want to repeat.

I would strongly caution anyone…
I would strongly caution anyone considering this company. While the actual moving team were generally polite, several high-value items — including beds and sofas — were damaged during the move. We followed the company’s formal complaints process, which requires submitting a separate form for each damaged item along with photographic evidence.
In response, we received an email from a staff member offering £40 as a settlement, with the tone of the email coming across as dismissive and implying the matter would be closed regardless of our concerns.
Shortly after, we received a call saying a team would come out to assess the damage in person, despite already having submitted clear photos. Two individuals visited our home a few days later. One of them, made comments that we found deeply unprofessional and upsetting. His remarks suggested that we should not be concerned about scratches and rips because we “seem to have enough money.” He also stated that we should not have taken offence to the previous correspondence and implied that reporting the damage was unwarranted.
The encounter became confrontational and distressing. One individual raised his voice and behaved in a way that felt intimidating, especially in the presence of a woman holding her child. We were left shaken and disappointed. What was meant to be a professional resolution turned into a highly uncomfortable situation.
We paid the amount quoted by the company and expected a professional, damage-free service. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth, respectful, and professional moving service.

I initially left a 5* star review and…
I initially left a 5* star review and even paid the driver a tip on the day. But the day after I realised the items that were meant to be cleared at my old property were still there, I made several calls (mostly received voicemails or got told someone will call me back) to M25 for help but they refused to help to clear the items in question. If they were unable to clear the items why did the driver take them all out onto the street with no intention of putting them in his van?
If you pay a premium price you expect a premium service, it’s a shame my situation wasn’t taken seriously with no refund or assistance provided.
*** I can assure you this is a real review and them pretending that all 1 star reviews are fake just goes to show the kind of company they are***

We had such a great experience with the bumblebee team today! They helped us through a really stressful move! They were so fast and efficient even in the pouring rain!
