Very disappointed with service
Very disappointed with service. First taxi was running 40 mins late and then never turned up. Second taxi reported to be comng 20 minutes later....so cancelled whole thing, afater a wasted 60mins. Would not want to be going to airport or somewhere you needed to be at a particular time......certainy would not recommend their use.

Disgusted
Disgusted . I always trusted in this firm but as time went on I saw they have no loyalty to good regular customers. Unfortunately it's a dog eat dog world and this firm has no compassion for pregnant or disababled ppl . Hope it's their close ones one day relying on a service

Friendly, prompt service.
Lovely driver by the name of Noel rang me from outside St Vincent’s A&E to let me know he was there as I was quite disorientated by an overnight stay in the hospital.
He gently enquired to my well being and left it at that.
He was very friendly and chatty on the way home which was exactly what I needed after a rough night.
He even stopped off in a local Spar for me so I could pick up a bit of breakfast.
Lovely driver, prompt service and the tracking app gives you a clear understanding of where you are in terms of wait.
I’d have absolutely no hesitation in using Blackrock Cabs again.
