The whole process was pretty straight forward. I needed some help regarding paperwork for UK as I am Australian and the people in the UK, specifically Martha (?) were very helpful. Not a cheap service, but an excellent one so it was worth every cent. Thank you.

Luggage delivered efficiently and on time. Truly a door to door srrvice , cases were taken from our doorstep and delivered back there. Good communication and tracking meant that it was easy to know where our cases were and when they would be delivered.

In general a very good experience, the suitcase was delivered next day, efficient and smooth. The only thing I think needs improvement is the website does not ask for dimensions but only the weight of the suitcase when they give you quotation and only tells you that you need to print the label at home AFTER you pay. This obviously caused bit of problem and I had to top up 70 AUD as my suitcase is bigger than the size limit which I only found out about after I’ve paid. And it does not help when customer service is only available during UK business hours and I am in Australia. Nevertheless, once I reached them, Martha was extremely helpful and patient. The suitcase was picked up and delivered safely after I topped up. I would use their service again. I just think the website needs to be clearer prior the payment and confirmation step.

First time using this company. Very good customer service. Quick delivery, only 2,5 working days from Italy to the UK. I did have an issue with a corrier in Italy, he came earlier to pick up the suitcase when nobody was in and refused to return later. But I called the customer service and they solved the issue for me and made him come back in the agreed time.
The price was the cheapest compared with other companies. Also received a message from corrier in the UK with the day and time of delivery. Really impressed with the speed and customer service. 5 stars.

Easy process from beginning to end. My suitcase was collected before 1pm on a Tuesday, delivered in Scotland by 4pm the next day. Cheaper and easier than taking on a flight!

The agreement was that my case would be picked up on Monday from Glasgow, which it was, and delivered to my sister’s address in Tasmania on Friday. It contained all my clothes and my medical supplies. I arrived on Friday, my case did not. Tracking was showing it would be delivered the following Wednesday. I contacted the company and received no response until after the case was thankfully delivered the following Monday. It was the most anodyne of apologies. No further contact.
