Great service and excellent communication

Amazing service - luggage collected on Tuesday early afternoon in Paris and delivered in Scotland Wednesday morning - one day ahead of schedule.

First Luggage and their logistics partner are efficient. They collected and delivered our suitcase, with all the contents intact, when they said they would and vice versa for the return journey. This made our Luggage free train journies all the more comfortable. We are definitely minded to use First Luggage again.

First time using a luggage service. I called in for information and everything was explained clearly and David was exceptionally helpful and patient. Day of pick-up, they checked in when they'd rec'd a message I wasn't here to meet driver (I was). Before I could even think about stressing, told not to worry, they arranged another driver and was picked up within the hour. In just over 24 hours received confirmation my bags were delivered! Absolutely Great from start to finish!!

We have used this service for over 10 years, travelling in June and again in August / September every year.
Would not consider going back to carrying 2 large suitcases, as we travel by train from North Wales to London, followed by Eurostar and TGV from London to the South of France and return.

Fast, dependable and reliable

This company was quite extraordinary. The forest fires in South West France meant that we suddenly didn't know if we could travel at all. I contacted First Luggage and cancelled the collection of our bags the next day (precooked for a week in advance of our trip). Four days later our hotel unexpectedly reopened and, with only three days notice, we were off again. As suggested, I contacted First Luggage again but with little hope of reinstating our booking. They responded immediately, collected our bags the next morning, and somehow still managed to collect our suitcases in London and deliver them to the hotel in Cap Ferret the evening BEFORE we arrived. Service was charming throughout - calm, flexible and always reassuring.

I sent my suitcase to Couptrain in France as I didn’t want to carry it on the Eurostar train or the TGV due to the steps at the stations and on the platforms.
Fantastic service, easy to book, delivered on time. Such a good service, I booked the return service too!
