I email Lee with my requirments and always have a quote back within 15 to 20 minutes... from experience, at that point I can forget about the job and move on to my next task for the day. I know the parcel will be collected when expected, delivered when expected and I don't have to chase for a proof of delivery, it's emailed with in minutes of the parcel arriving.
The drivers are also always polite and professional.
