LUCENT Bewertungen

The website is super friendly. The order shipped in a timely manner. The box that the boots came in are very nice. Additionally, the way the boots are packaged inside of the box make it nice to open. Each boot comes in a nice Lucent cloth bag to keep them nice.

I did a lot of research for a Chelsea style boot, with a zipper side, and with an ALL LEATHER SOLE BOTTOM! That is very difficult to find, even in the nicest men's shoes stores. When I came across Lucent, all leather soles, I was excited to get them in and gift them.

We ordered the Pioneer, because it had the zipper on the side. But, I almost ordered the Chelsea with the Mona Lisa bottom! The only problem was that it didn't have the zipper, so I went with the Pioneer. My BF loves them, mostly because of the all leather soles bottoms!

I ordered the Calabasas boots from the site. The quality is top tier and they arrived within just five days. I’ve purchased boots from many different brands, and Lucent easily stands out as one of the best in both craftsmanship and comfort. I’ll definitely be buying from them again. I just hope they expand their boot collection soon, I’d love to see more styles and color ways!

From ordering to shipping and the product itself was excellent, I think all my shoes will now be bought from Lucent

Love the way they make my feet feel they do not hurt or they do not disappoint at all so many people love them the best money I spent in along time thank you

Adair was fantastic through my whole return process. I ordered the wrong size by accident. Adair and Lucent got my boots exchanged and were very professional and couldn't have made my mistake any better. Not only do they make their mistakes right, but your (if you do) right as well. Hats off to you all.
Thank you for a great experience!

This clothing is starting to become my favorite online clothing store of all time how i feel much more than myself with these clothes that it doesn’t find in my scandinavian country how unique and stylish i am how i’m more proud of being who i am!<3

I like the style of the boots, the material and is adequate also the shipment was fast.

Beautiful sweater, great quality and quick, easy ordering. I highly recommend

First, the boots I purchased were beautiful! Well constructed and quite comfortable! Secondly, the customer service was AWESOME; I had so many boots to select from that I inadvertently ordered the wrong pair… I sent a text the next day advising the representative that my intent was to order the Sahara Boot. She made the appropriate change; sent a link to pay difference in cost, and shipped my boots in record time! They arrived ahead of scheduled delivery just in time for my Christmas Trip. The boots are stylish, well made and comfortable… no break-in period needed…will be rewarding myself with a second pair!

Great customer service, speedy service, very helpful staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So perfect to be real. Nothing missing on what you explore on the products presentation pictures & respectfully your delivery is always on time.
Più che magnifico.

Great looking product at a very reasonable price. An excellent shopping experience!

I purchased two new boots from LUCENT in
LA CALI, The Mona Lisa Classic and The Malibu. Both are beautifully made and are of very high quality! I've received compliments on them every time I wear them! Definitely will be going back to LUCENT for more!

Great looking products! Very simple user interaction. Also received emails announcing promotions

Boots are well made. Packaged very well. Also came earlier than expected. I will purchase more for sure.

Great quality. Comfortable right out of the box.Incredible value for the price. When other shoe brands are charging close to $1000 for their top tier boot, Lucent delivers at a more realistic price point for similar quality.

These are beautiful boots. They are quite tight initially and definitely need to be broken in. After a couple of try ons, they get increasingly more comfortable.

The speed and willingness to fix the problem.

Loved my boots!! I was skeptical to order them because I was afraid they wouldn’t be comfortable but I wore them all night even danced in them without a problem. Looking forward to purchasing my next pair.
