I loved the shoes that I chose the Champagne Colorway Boots very well made and fits firm but comfortable for walking purposes can’t wait tot buy my next pair soon!

Amazing shoes so comfortable and beautiful, compliments everytime I wear them! I will be getting more soon!!

The merchandise was beautifully crafted and fit perfectly. It arrived impeccably packaged. There were some difficulties in shipping, not due to Lucent, but the processing at UPS. When I e-mailed Malikah from Lucent she diligently set out to resolve the issue and communicated with me on the progress daily. The beautiful jacket and boots arrived. They were a gift for my son. Thank you so much

I’ve recently purchased two items from LUCENT LA. The items I ordered surpass my expectations. The quality of the materials the quality of the stitching, and the fit are amazing. I look forward to ordering more soon in the very near future..

Great product! Great look, great fit!! I’ve bought over 5 products and they haven’t disappointed.

Quality 10/10, delivery is reasonable, they never disappoint.

The boot sizing is way off. I am 5’8 and 130lbs and the calf is tight. The foot is tight and the arch is not done well. They will not provide refunds so you are stuck with $425 and up boots that don’t fit. They would not refund the second pair of boots that i bought that do not fit. Even with pictures showing only one boot was tried on. I made this mistake twice. Do not buy from them! Read return policy carefully.

I got The Rodeo Elegance boots for my wedding. Loved them and I find wearing them often now

Honestamente las mejores botas que podrías obtener y ropa de alta gama un estilo unico estoy obsecionado con estás botas tengo 7 pares son las mejores 💯

Extremely high quality and comfortable boots. The Chelsea boots are phenomenal quality and compete heavily with much more pricey boots. Phenomenal quality without breaking the bank. Highly recommend.

Seamless transaction. Amy and Malikah were very straightforward, easy to work with. Will be shopping again.

Wonderful customer service provided, great quality of product and attention to detail with packaging

I had an incredible shopping experience at Lucent online. I ordered the Voyager boots, which looked amazing in person. Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size because I hadn’t noticed the advice to size up if necessary. I contacted them, and Malikah was incredibly helpful in the exchange process. She made me feel understood and ensured that everything worked out as I needed it. Her exceptional service, problem-solving skills, professionalism, and prompt responses to my emails make me very confident in getting my boots from this store. I highly recommend Lucent online for a fantastic shopping experience! 10/10 !!

I had an outstanding experience with Lucent Los Angeles. From the moment I placed my order, Amy and Malikah provided customer service that was truly unmatched. They assisted me with placing an order for the Bellagio Silk in Black and even accommodated my request for overnight shipping.

Unfortunately, the package was either lost or stolen in transit, and it was ultimately determined that UPS was at fault. After submitting a claim, Amy and Malikah went above and beyond to assist me throughout the process. They responded promptly to multiple emails, participated in phone calls, and helped provide UPS with all the information needed to resolve the claim and secure a replacement.

Thanks to their dedication and support, the issue was resolved, and I finally received my shirt. And let me just say, the silk is silking! The material is incredibly soft, and luxurious,

Amy and Malikah turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an excellent one through their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

I will absolutely be placing another order with Lucent Los Angeles!

They do well with discounts and their boots are genuinely great quality and their selection of styles and colors make then more appealing to buy from.

Boots are incredible! Came in a quick manner too. 10/10 would recommend!

Products are very high quality. Shipping is fast as well. Overall I would highly recommend this company!

The information shared about the product was accurate and the customer reviews helped with the sizing. The process was simple and easy with no negative issues to speak of. The quality of the boot has been great thus far.
