it says free shipping and returns but they decieve you. its only free returns on certain items THEY DONT LET U RETURN CERTAIN ITEMS. costumer service is horrible. i would avoid.

Love the boots and jacket. Great quality and arrived quickly.

The help I received was quick and detailed. First time ordering from this merchant and it looks like I’ll be buying more products from them!

Fantastic product just make sure to order one size up but quality is top shelf

Good quality, strong buttons, and thick material.

Great quality made shoes. Fit nice and are exactly what was advertised in the picture…I enjoy wearing these shoes.

I just love the boots! I want the Beige Bellagio silk shirt and a I now have a 25.00 gift card to put toward that.

Really impressed with the Bellagio silk shirt because looks even better in person than online. The silk is super soft, the fit is fresh, and it has a clean, classy look without trying too hard.
I’ve worn it a couple times already and have gotten several compliments. It feels high quality, is comfortable to wear, and definitely gives off a premium vibe. Great shirt and worth the money.

Customer service was great with an exchange in sizes. Boots are great quality

Great quality, striking, original and chic product, shipped fast

Boots are beautiful and made with authentic material. I can’t wait to wear them with business professional attire. On my 3rd pair!

Ive purchased multiple items now from Lucent and to be honest i love it. So far so good and the quality of the clothes/items is great. I will definitely be ordering more items from Lucent.

I really liked the corduroy shirt, was a great first purchase. Shipping was aslo fast, I will be buying more from them.

Lucent LA’s boots are extremely high quality and have high levels of detail and style… I have the Mona Lisa Graffiti, Rodeo Elegance, and Desert Harness so far. When You open the box, the smell of the leather quality used was obvious as well as the feel when try them on for the first time.
Their customer service matches that level also—they’re just as great, friendly, and helpful.
Def getting more boots and now looking at shirts/jeans . Highly recommended!

Have been looking for some time now to expand my wardrobe with something fashionable & timeless but of course, of high quality. It took a couple of days til I stumbled across this site & so glad I did! Bought two very fresh tops: one plaid button-down & a sweater. The moment I wore each piece for the first time, instead stunner! Received several compliments; already worn ‘em a couple times now. Will def be back to Lucent & I highly recommend them, dudes & dudettes🙏🏽

The clothes is of excellent quality and value. Shipping is fast.

Bought the western harness boot size 12 and instantly knee it was great quality. From the packaging to the actual material of the boot and design you knew they put a lot of thought behind their brand. Had a misshap and the customer service was also superb in handling in a timely manner.

Very professional and straight forward customer service, and the boots are just as well crafted as photographed on their website. This is a proper and high quality shoe brand.
