LUCENT Bewertungen

This is the best shoe I have ever worn and owned. I’ll be looking for some more.

Top notch product will buy again

I bought a pair of Lucent boots for my dad for his birthday after he was raving about his first pair. They run true to size and they're comfortable and incredible quality. You know you got a good shoe when you open the box and get that new car smell :)

Great product. I bought the rodeo elegance for my trip to Istanbul and they were great. Amazing color in person and very lux shape. U.S. 11 I bought 44 and it fits snug so my next purchase will be 45. But I highly recommend!!

The Lucent los Angeles Team was amazing with me and my requests. I really appreciate the costume service they have and I love every single product that I bought!

Arrived on time and product was more than I expected the fit was amazing and it looked great! Thank you

I've been browsing through the site and saw a pair ofboots I'm interested in. While still contemplating, Administrative reached out, answered a bunch of questions I have. He was patient, understanding, and the responses were very quick. While I'm still deciding on whether or not I'm going to make a purchase, this type of customer engagement is something I don't see often, and appreciated. Dp

Only place where I feel like all the boots are 10/10

The ordering process was very easy and the boots came very quickly. I think they are great quality and they look amazing on me.

Adin reached out to me thru text message and made me feel comfortable about my interest in a purchase.

Great customer service. order was shipped faster than I thought it would ship!

My package was delivered in a reasonable time frame. The quality of the boots are five star on its own. I will be ordering again.

I recently purchased the London Platform from Lucent, and it’s a 10/10 for me. It's high-quality, with natural leather. For this price point is amazing, the value is unbeatable. Plus, the design is far more palatable than the competition. I’d definitely choose Lucent again over brands like Allen Edmonds or Meermin.

The quality and value of the product, plus the fact that's it's made in the USA.

The boots are well made and handsome looking. Our so loves them!

I had been meaning to write a review for a few days but wanted to get some time in them before writing a review. Immediate impressions out of the box: amazing. I was very impressed. I put them on and was even more pleased. After a few wears to work, they become one of my favorite pairs of footwear. For context, I was in a combat role in the army and have been in fitness for over twenty years. Footwear has been critical for me over the years. These boots have impressed me and I am pleased to recommend them highly.

my husband loves the boots he got! he has worn them nonstop!

Horrible customer service.
Ordered jacket, boot and a sweater. I have requested a return label right after I have received it and tried it on at home. The boot wasn’t comfortable and jacket didn’t fit well. I have contacted them right away, and the response was from one of their reps(probably someone from overseas with broken English) stating that first he needs pictures of the items( never heard this but ok I can do that) and most importantly he can’t create a return labels for the boots. They are so not sure of their products that can’t take atand behind it. This matter should be escalated to upper management and handled accordingly.

I want to thank Adair for his exceptionally fast, professional, and effective assistance. He personally handled my order and ensured everything went smoothly. Because of his support, I feel even more confident in Lucent Los Angeles as a brand.

I will certainly be returning for more products in the future. Great service like this truly stands out!
