AVOID, AVOID and AVOID again at all costs, this site is a scam site producing sub standard overpriced clothes (and I use that word lightly) that resemble nothing like the pictures or descriptions and are evidently from a genuine site or AI generated.
When you get into the returns procedure you quickly learn it'll cost you as much to send items back which are often rejected at customs or allegedly never arrived. Keep you cash and use in a local store. You have been warned!!!!!

I purchased the Idon dress from SSENSE purely for my own enjoyment and personal style. I loved the piece so much that I was literally about to buy all three of the other colors they offer, but this brand has officially lost a customer. After posting a high-quality look on ⁠Instagram for fun and tagging the product, Loulou de Saison manually went out of its way to hide my photo from their public tagged feed within 48 hours. A brand has every right to remove tags associated with harmful behavior or hate speech, but quietly scrubbing a paying customer simply because of their race is unacceptable bias. Unless a post features something terrible, there is no justifiable reason to untag a customer other than racial bias and digital gatekeeping. They are happy to take the money of minority customers, but clearly do not want our faces visible on their platform. It is an exclusionary, offensive practice that shoppers should be aware of hireing black models to perform diversity is quite sad in 2026 do better

I have just received my first order from Loulou - the crystal collar tee! & I absolutely love it. The fabric is soft and high quality, the fit is divine and the crystals …. Just wow.

Absolutely appalling.. the quality of the clothes is awful- thin and see through dresses that are unwearable and then you have to email to beg for a return- which they try to deny and then tell you it’s £30 to send the dress back… the whole business model seems to be built on making it difficult to return poorly made items.. avoid at all costs

Every item on the website is listed as “on sale,” which they use to justify a strict no-refund policy. This effectively means nothing is refundable, a practice that feels intentionally deceptive and is not made sufficiently clear to customers.

I ordered a dress, and when it finally arrived, it was completely different from what had been advertised. The fabric was extremely poor quality—more like paper than clothing—and the size and pattern did not match the product images. It appeared cheaply made, with a poorly printed design.

When I contacted the company to request a refund for what was clearly a misrepresented item, I was repeatedly told that sale items are non-refundable. This circles back to the issue that everything on the site is permanently “on sale,” making their policy misleading at best.

I also located the original source of the advertised dress online and provided both that evidence and photos of the item I received. Despite this, my concerns were dismissed, and I was refused a refund. The only resolution offered was store credit, which I declined.

As a result, I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

To make matters worse, the company attributed the discrepancies to factors such as body type, lighting, and fabric appearance. I found this response both unacceptable and offensive, particularly as the product descriptions fail to clearly state fabric details—something that would help set accurate expectations.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly encourage others to avoid the stress, expense, and disappointment of dealing with this company.

Do not order from this company. Poor quality dresses, arrive extremely late and don’t want to refund. They say the shipping cost at £50 to return.

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is an absolute SCAM of a fashion company. Stay far away as possible. I really wish I read reviews before ordering, I panicked ordered on a Monday as I needed a black dress for the weekend. They state 3-5 days delivery. When I emailed to chase the order after 5days it had not even been dispatched. I emailed to cancel the entire order, but the would not allow it and would not refund my money even though nothing had been dispatched. A week later the items were dispatched and I have still not received them. I advised I would be returning all the dresses as I no longer require them, however I still do not have them to return. The company need reporting to trading standards or watchdog as it’s a SCAM!
