Update 16/11/23 Workers were all brilliant and polite 5 star for them. Customer service is a joke. Am still without my phone line 3 weeks since installation and booster plumas (wifi booster) hasn't... Mehr ansehen

Both Mark and Callum are a credit to the Company, both very professional and nice people.
Connor and Michael instal was good quick and efficient customer service was great would recommend
Arrived early which suited us, Conner was very precise and informed us what they would be doing to install the new fibre with Micheal outside drilling into the house. Made quick work of it all and even hoovered up any mess. Conner set up my mobile to connect to the Wi-Fi, showed me how the box works and now I’m looking forward to our broadband connection being brought into the 21st century !
The install went fine, the guys were quick and very professional but we had an issue with speeds not being as advertised. Within less than 24 hours of making Lothian Broadband aware of this the engineers arrived and sorted it out. Full speed internet and great service. Thanks guys.

No issues since install a week ago. Speeds are solid, worth investing in own mesh wifi system as provided router is basic. Had a good response time to any queries so far.
I got connected up with Lothian today and cannot be happier! Full fibre is new to my village and so engineers have became a familiar sight in recent months. The workers have always been polite and minimised traffic disruption while getting the infrastructure in place.
I was considering signing up but the friendly sales advisor who chapped the door was so genuine and helpful that I couldn't say no. He spoke me through all the package options, benefits, refer a friend options and made sure we were on the right service for us.
An engineer arrived early on the day of install and encountered a blockage externally, having worked for a larger ISP previously I expected this would incur a delay of several weeks so imagine my surprise when 2 days later everything is now fully operational! Considering this is a brand new service locally I'm massively impressed.
Calum completed the internal installation in under an hour, setting clear expectations, talking me through the process and making sure I was happy with everything. He is a credit to the company, speaking highly of them and also promoted an additional mesh system we can add to our package at a later stage for any areas our WiFi can't reach (we live in an older house with thick walls and a few blackspots on previous fttc system).
As a recent new mum with a 4 month old baby I really can't say enough how comfortable I have felt with all the staff I've encountered, as a small company they all seem to really care and go out their way to be as friendly and helpful as possible. The baby even nodded off while the drilling took place which I think says it all!
Calum was very professional, had good manners and done a great job of installing our new WiFi. He made sure to explain everything and put everything back in place when he was finished x

Sarah in the admin arena has restored my faith in there new system i got it sorted out in one call and she called me back to confirm it was sorted the engineer (Harry) who installed the line was very professional and did a fantastic job and is an ambassador for the company the admin side is now working and the update to their system and phone is now working if another Sarah and Harry come looking for a job Lothian broadband should hire them straight away and thank you for the reply to my review whom ever it was

Mark and Michael were a great help in getting the connection installed.
Both Mark & Michael worked tirelessly in the rain to repair my severed fibre optic cable. They had us up in running within 2 hours.
Many thanks lads for all your hard work.
Callum and Connor were very manerly and respected our property. Their work was exceptional especially the external work no one would ever know monoblock had been lifted and garden dug. Great team

We chose Lothian Broadband as the speeds outstripped what we had with our previous supplier. The team managed to install about a week earlier than planned and were polite and courteous. Harry installed the router and did a great job, friendly and happy to answer any questions
Callum the engineer was very helpful explaining the whole process of the install.
Although it was a tricky install due to our garden, he was very patient and put everything back as it was.
He explained at the end of the install how it all worked and answered any questions I had. Looking forward to the faster broadband.
