The worst. I never got my product. When I contacted LA Apparel, they told me that they weren't responsible for orders lost during shipment. A few days later, I contacted the shipper, GLS, who said they already closed the claim and my only path was to contact LA Apparel. They wouldn't give me any other information. I still haven't heard back from LA Apparel and I find it discouraging that THEY hired the crappy shipper (GLS) who I've never even heard of and they get off scot-free. Do not order from them. You may as well go flush your hard-earned money down the toilet. This is for order # 803825

Absolutely terrible company avoid if you live in the UK, I needed to return damaged goods but they don’t accept uk returns outside EU 😤 ridiculous

If I could zero stars I would. This company is absolute TRASH. My order has been missing for weeks. They sent me both an unworking UPS and USPS tracking number. When I reached out they responded in the rudest tone and then continued to ignore my follow up emails for over 3 weeks now. Save yourself the money and hassle of dealing with this company.

My package was marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it!! They filed a claim on my behalf and sent a brand new order with fast delivery service 🙏

Dam, I thought these guys were IT. But I was very mistaken. Not a review writer but these guys have left me no choice. I received a faulty Hood and have since reach out to them but have been left with no replies. IG comments have been deleted. They have no intention to make this right. Won't reply on chat - will reply when I log on with a different email only to not reply when I talk about the fault. I wouldn't recommend buying.

BUYER BEWARE. No wonder why this company has such bad reviews. It’s a nightmare to deal with them. They want to sell inventory at all costs. Shipping intimate items in unsanitary conditions then refuse to take responsibility. AVOID. STAY FAR AWAYYY.

Products finally reached to me! Nice items and fit perfect. Because the items were shipped from USA, it took longer than usual (about 12 days), but it was worth to wait.

I should have heeded the warnings provided here and not ordered anything from Los Angeles Apparel. Instead I ordered a Casio watch, they sent it, the delivery driver said that I received it (I did not) and the company refused to make it right. The delivery receipt says “Left at front door” and “signed for” which are both false. Granted, it could be a shady delivery person/company, but this hasn’t happened with any of the dozens of things I’ve ordered from other companies to the same address. And, if it did, they would not continue to send me package arrival emails and ignore my situation, but would issue a refund or replace the watch.

Ordered last March 3, 2023. Los Angeles Apparel claimed that they have shipped the item on the 4th, but it only shows that the label was created, not picked up. Now they keep on claiming that they have already shipped the item and does not help whatsoever track the item that I ordered. Its now March 10, still no update whatsoever.

I'm not a review writer but... here we are. 0 stars. I bought 2 90$ sweatshirts. One came with the seams coming undone out of the package. I didn't notice until 2 days after I received it because I didn't try it on until then. I wrote them immediately and they said I can't return it because I wore it.... I tried it on? So I wrote back and asked to reconsider. No response. I asked to escalate it, no response. I commented on their instagram - comment deleted. Over a week later - nothing. CRAZY to me and makes me believe that the practices they preach aren't real and really makes me doubt they pay their workers fair. Used to be my favorite basics brand

The absolute worst. I ordered a wrap dress that came defective: they forgot to add loops or openings so the dress works. I didn’t go to wear this dress until after the refund/exchange window closed so I wrote them an email asking them to exchange or repair it. Their “customer service” responded with a rude and snarky reply that basically told me I was SOL. I don’t believe all of their sustainability BS and obviously their workers are incompetent. I will be throwing this dress in the trash!

If I could give no stars I would. Paid for 2day did not receive in time. Bought a man’s watch as listed, when I received it. It was made with very cheap plastic and the band barely would fit a child. I then started a return and was not even giving the amount I paid for the watch to begin with. Would not recommend this company

Do not purchase from this company! I ordered a top and some sweatpants, when they arrived the sweatpants had two completely different sized legs. One leg was over 2 inches longer than the other. Customer service was very short and unprofessional when I reached out. I sent the sweatpants back and received a confirmation that LA Apparel had received them and that my money was refunded back to my credit card. The refund never showed up on my card and LA Apparel wouldn't respond to my emails after that so I disputed the charge with my credit card. LA Apparel then lied to my credit card company and sent fake documents saying they had refunded me for both the top and sweatpants via a gift card (they did not). I've tried emailing them several times again and they still won't respond and when I tried logging into my account on their website it says it doesn't exist now. Super shady company!

My partner has ordered from here a couple times as well and every single time there is some major sewing defect. He's received tshirts with the wrong collars sewn on, a hoodie that was supposed to be all gray but had one black panel, and pants that were covered in loose threads. Customer service never apologizes and always asks us to send photo proof before we can return as if they don't constantly send out defective items. We will never be purchasing from here again.

Ordered mid of November and still waiting for my delivery.

But got a good bunch of excuses!

I don’t live near their factory, so the only way to order is from their site. However, lately, I’ve been having trouble with this, because an item in my size and color will show up, then I order it, only to later get an email from their shipping department telling me that the item is out of stock, so then I have to cancel the order for a refund.
Then, I return to the site, and it still shows that item, rather than labeling it as Out Of Stock.
Also, most of their stuff seemed well made, but I bought one item that I fell in love with, but I only wore it once, just at home, and then I found that the seam beneath the zipper, which itself should’ve been longer, had not been reinforced. I had to go and sew the hole in that seam shut myself.
Also, the site doesn’t post my reviews for the products, even if they’re positive.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Easily the worst customer service I've ever received - from anywhere. Mitchell claims he is their customer service manager, but I'm not sure what service he is providing because he has only been unpleasant and unfriendly.

Delivery to the Netherlands took a while (10 days), while online about 2 days was promised. Otherwise I had an absolutely perfect experience! This is my new go-to brand for beautiful quality pieces! Most pieces looked exactly as advertised, I was only a bit disappointed with the washing of a pair of shorts, which looked badly stone washed. Returns are incredibly easy though, and customer service is easy to reach. Also: returns/refunds are free. I wasn’t able to find this on their website before ordering.

I ordered 2 6.5 oz crew neck t-shirts from LA Apparel. When they arrived they were more like mock turtle necks. I have photos but can't find a place to post them. When I wrote to Customer Service telling them how unhappy I was and asking how to return the shirts, they wrote me back a kind of silly upbeat email and didn't acknowledge my dissatisfaction. Gave me return instructions.

Love the brand! Probably my favourite hoodies right now. Got my order quickly and I’m fully satisfied! :)
