DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “Clothing Line” I ordered a shirt and short set and the order never came. I emailed and DM’d them and I didn’t get any response. Don’t get scammed like I did.

I have placed two separate orders that were immediately canceled by them via an email that said "cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances." I have received no reply to my emails about why this has happened or how to remedy the situation.

Here’s the email I just sent to this sham company:

I just received my Casio Ani-Digi Watch. I am going to need to return it as soon as possible and receive a refund because it does not work and appears to be used.

The A, B, and C buttons do not produce any change in the watch’s functions in the manner that the Casio manual says they should. The watch is set one hour ahead of the actual time and there is no way to change it. Additionally, there is no way to access the alarm function because the buttons do not change the mode when you press them.

Additionally, the watch appears to be used. There are obvious spots of dirt or skin on the inside of the watch band. This tells me that someone else wore the watch, discovered it didn’t work, and returned it. Despite this, you sold it to me. I will include photos and video that back this up.

This is hugely disappointing. Please immediately refund my purchase and provide a return label so I can mail back this busted, used watch

So i ordered 1,5 weeks ago and my order just arrived (i live in Germany so it takes a bit more time)
The products are great quality (like it was with American Apparel before) and i‘m really happy about it.
They are a bit more expensive than H&M or Zara, but they produce in the US, so i‘m glad to pay more but don’t support child labour or whatever.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company, particularly with a representative named Mitch, who consistently failed to resolve my issues. I ordered 60 t-shirts and paid over $500, including taxes, shipping, and duty, only to receive them in the wrong sizes. After raising the issue, I was refunded just $130, which barely covered a fraction of the costs.

Prior to processing, they sent me a quotation as usual, outlining the shipping costs, and asked if I approved to proceed. I provided them with a list of conditions and several questions about shipping and handling. Despite this, they processed my order immediately without addressing any of my concerns.

While the quality of the shirts is acceptable, the colors are noticeably different from what is shown online. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend their services based on how poorly my concerns were handled.

Pay attention to these reviews and do not order from this site. I had the worst customer service experience with someone called Axel from their customer service. The most Rude, disgusting customer service after having several issues with my order. And I was left out of pocket! AVOID this company!

Edit: After my initial review, I decided to send another email to customer service. I'm happy to report that everything was resolved quickly then, and all is good now. Thank you for the help.

EU-order: They sent my order to a wrong address somehow. I have send them polite e-mails about the issue, trying to give as much information as I can. I understand mistakes can happen, so I was expecting it would be no big deal and could be easily resolved.

Instead, the mails I sent are getting absolutely ignored or Axel sends 2 very short emails back. No nice or clear communication at all. Not giving me much information or help.

After a I had given them enough time to reply, I tried to make a Paypal claim because Axel was just not responding. I politely explained what went wrong and gave as much detail as possible. Instead I just get a very short unpleasant response saying "what do you want us to do" to my detailed and friendly message... Again not helpful.

What I would have liked this rude company to do was to simply refund me for their mistake. But instead they ignored it.

How is it even possible to send it to a completely wrong address? I gave my correct one, I even ordered before a few years ago and it went fine. It's like someone at LA Apparel is manually writing down addresses and made several typing mistakes.

Now I have no order and also no money. I feel scammed, as it was a lot of money. Do not order here, because if you run into an issue because of a mistake THEY made, you can say farewell to your money and will be treated really badly even when being friendly yourself. :(

their team let me keep the items and resent my actual order with express shipping

Final Update:
1st order -- ordered 1 zip up hoody -- quality was excellent! went extremely well
2nd order -- was so happy with 1st order that i ordered more zip ups -- although initially they sent me the wrong order
When I emailed support they responded to me within HOURS (within business hours ofcourse)

They quickly acknowledged my issue and gave me next day shipping to correct my order. I did have to send back the wrong items they sent me which i didn't mind doing. This stuff happens. for me what matters is how good customer support was and how quick they resolved the issue

Thats it. 5 stars.

Back to 5 stars so far. I emailed them and SAME day within the hour they have already created a second order to rectify the issue.

I'll update again if it gets resolved but i made a second order. a larger one. and i received completely wrong items. I have contacted LA Apparel and hopefully it can get resolved. Will update my review if the company helps me resolve my issue. I just want the items that I paid money for, either that or give me a refund and I'll send back this random items they sent me. it is likely someone else's order

For those who want a longer one:
At first I was skeptical about ordering from LA Apparel. The horrible reviews about the poor customer service were very concerning to me.

But I really loved American Apparel hoodies in the past and I was actually pretty sad to see when I thought I could no longer purchase replacements for the hoodies I had that were getting a bit old.

When I found out about Los Angeles Apparel I at least had to give it a try. I was prepared to wait a while but they shipped my item pretty quickly. and when it came.. the packaging wasn't the best but the item itself (zip up hoodie) was exactly what i was looking for! excellent material, very comfortable, fits well and is way more stylish than any other thing you could get cheaper like on amazon.

Anyway I am leaving my honest review for my personal experience, it does seem like the customer service could use some improvement from the other reviews I've read. But this is not a "scam" site as some people say, you do get exactly what you ordered. and still the same quality as american apparel

Sooooo apparently if you order something and there is an error even if you try to cancel immediately you can’t refund . You literally have to wait upon delivery and I find out many of the items are not eligible for refund … on top of that it takes 2 weeks to get the items . Never again stay away this place is cringe

Absolute SCAM of a company! BE WARNED NOW FOR ANY EXCHANGES: If you exchange an item and are dissatisfied and want to return it, they will refuse to refund your money back from the original order back to your original payment method. They will "claim" that the exchange was bought with store credit even though there is no option to select store credit and will only provide store credit back. They will deny all attempts to refund you back to your original payment method despite no mention of this in their return policy. They are so desperate to get rid of stock that they will blatantly lie to your face about how their "system" works. I will be performing a chargeback on them what a low tier company.

Had to leave my " experience "(first time writing a review ever) for Axel at LAA, he's at Germany & UK (or says so in his e-sig), because this is maybe the fastest customer service response speed I've ever had

Sent an e-mail last night at 1145pm about the secret hoodie sale, response came within a day at 12-ish pm on a Sat that it apparently only worked for the US site. Responded w/ still being keen on getting the hoods anyway. Got another e-mail (did NOT expect a response after that) LESS than 1m after ab the sales code is going live on the EU site too within the hour. Unsure if they woulda done the promo today (he said sometime soon, did not expect that soon) but I feel special lol I back 5 stars so far

Customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue with my promo code.

Second time I returned something and got no proper refund. The first I refunded I had to Wait half a year and only got my money back because of I had review I gave. I’m only giving this review so I can actually get my money back for my second order because for some reason they don’t read or respond to my emails. Maybe they do read it but just don’t care enough.

I placed an order for a sweater that not only was overpriced, but had inaccurate sizing. When the crap sweater arrived, it smelled rancid and had tons of pilling. Their S was akin to a 2XS. I returned the sweater and never got a refund because they claimed I 'returned the wrong item'. I contacted customer support and to my dismay, never got a response. Do not purchase from this brand as everything is overpriced and mediocre quality.

I bought a black bra that didn’t have any specific washing instructions. It then completed dyed my white shirt whilst wearing it.

I contacted them various ways, multiple times but no response to my issue. I’m now down a wearable bra and a white shirt. All and all cost me nearly £175 pounds plus the waste of my time and effort. Disappointing. Feel like their strategy is to ignore ignore ignore
