I didn't know how to use it at first but you will learn eventually and it's a nice product for it's price!!! YOU SHOULD BUY IT

I ordered the 5 in 1...I received it...I ordered a gift box with it and the leather case to hold it...didnt receive the gift box i paid for...ive emailed and they are doing nothing to help me but ask for pictures over and over...if i dont have pics they wont send it...how do u take pics of something u dont have...just send my gift...the gift box is white...the 5 in 1 case is brown and that was purchased with the 5 in 1 and the gift box...now im being told the brown case i ordered is the small white gift box...it is not and they know it...they won't return emails anymore...

FALSE ADVERTISING! They blatantly advertise 60 day moneyback guarantee. That's a complete lie. Even after not using the hair items, they refused to give me a refund. This is blatant misleading representation. They need to be put out of business.

Love my new curler. Makes beautiful soft curls effortlessly. Shipping took awhile but worth the wait

This company is a scam! BEWARE!!!
I ordered the hair styler on a Sunday night before reading the fine print return policy that says you cannot use it if you want a refund. I went on there to cancel my order within an hour of placing it. There is no way to cancel the order. I sent a message asking to cancel it and got a reply that night saying “I understand you want to cancel but before we do can you tell us why?” This turned into me repeatedly reaching out for the cancellation and getting no reply for 2 days. They finally replied and asked the same question. I finally got them to cancel the order within, but they didn’t refund my shipping. IT NEVER SHIPPED! I reached out multiple times with no response. I got the refund in my bank but still no shipping refund.

I thought this was over and I decided to eat the shipping but yesterday I got an email that my membership is renewing TODAY! There is no way to cancel it online and they still had my credit card information. I sent a message last night and am waiting to hear back. I deleted my credit card but not sure that will work.

Is it convenient? Yes. Will it replace my other tools? No. It definitely wasn’t “wet to styled in 15 minutes” as advertised.
It took me 30 minutes.
All the videos and photos I saw of these women using the curler had longer hair than me. I could barely get the curler to hold a 1/2 inch section of my hair.
It curls great- but takes entirely too long. I can use a standard hair dryer and hair curler in less time than it took using this one tool.
It also left my hair so frizzy after curling.

Dries fast without frizz and brush smoothed my hair.

Just what I expected! Love it!

This company keeps you updated on your purchases. Lorahair dryer with attachments works great. Still learning how to style my hair with it. Thank you for the hair tutorials also!!

The product is great. Value for money! Perfect for everyday use. My hair seems bouncier and lustrous.

It sucked it didn't have enough power at all to curl or blow dry my hair. When asked for a full refund they are making excuses and waiting me to make video and just continuing to make excuses for there faulty product

I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this company! I ordered a styler that is suppose to be knock off of a Dyson hair styler and it did not work on my fine hair and it states on their website that they give you 60 days trail period and you have 60 days guaranteed for a full refund if your not happy with it and when I emailed asking to return it for a refund this Justina is telling me you can not return it??? This company is a rip off, do not recommend to buy from them! I am waiting to hear back hopefully from a supervisor or someone higher in command.

This is easy to change out the attachments and works great for traveling.

Shipping was definitely not as expected. Took much longer than expected and the tracking was wonky.

The blow dryer function wasn’t as powerful as I expected. However, the round brush and air wrap curler are fantastic. I have shorter hair, and it gives me the loose, full curls I have been wanting without the cost!

I ordered the 5 in 1 tool, it took 2 weeks to get here and when I tried it, it didn't work on my hair (despite watching all the tutorials). I asked for a refund and they said no because I used the product. How are you supposed to know if it works for you, if you don't use it?
They refuse to give me my money back.

Before purchasing from this company, I recommend you read every policy page on their site. The website for this company lists a New York address and only ships within the US, but after receiving shipping information the product is clearly shipped from China. I was given free shipping of “5-7 business days.” My order was shipped 10 business days ago. Further review of their policies says shipping takes up to 15 business days, but could be longer.

I was given a tracking number that does not work on any of the tracking sites. I finally found a tracking site where the number works and it is a Chinese shipment. At this point, my package hasn’t been “scanned” in days. Every time it’s scanned it says “US”.

I cannot ask for a refund until a receive the item, if I ever receive it. There is a reason they do not offer PayPal as a payment.

It has everything I need (blow dry, straightener, curler) all in one! The blower is so strong and believe me, my hair is so thick! But their blower dries my hair very quickly. Definitely a great product!
