The only reason it's two stars and not a zero is because Amy was helpful when I initially reached out to Lora Hair.
After a number of emails with Justina, a different rep, my problem still remains. Charged me for the VIP club when Amy told me that it was canceled on April 14th. On the 22nd I get an email saying I was charged. I wrote them to tell them they'd made a mistake I showed them the emails, and they said they can't refund me my $5.95 because it was already processed.
It's a small amount, but it's my money not theirs. I did not order the membership, I canceled within time. Did not know there was a fee attached, and Justina keeps rolling around in circles and not taking care of the issue. If you're a discerning customer, this company is not for you.

They lied about how long and where they are shipping their products. They told me 15 days and it was coming from New York. I have been waiting over a month and still don’t have my product and they refuse to tell me who their shipping carrier is so I can track it myself. They have been telling me over and over week saying it’s in my area and should be any day now. When I pull up using my tracking number it can’t find my order anywhere. So made because I really wanted this before my vacation.

Great exprience with this company. Item arrived exactly as described and within estimated time frame. This hair tool is easy to interchange attachments and use. Satisfied with my purchase.

This rating of 1 star is only because I have to put something in order to state my complaint. I had purchased the 5 n 1 and immediately sent it back as I was not happy with the product. Paid the cost to return and 2 weeks later still no refund! I have emailed daily as there is no other way to contact customer service and am not getting any answers as to when I will get my $ back.

I love the 5 in 1, works so well. Love how I can interchange the different parts for what I want to do. Very pleased!!

They do not honor their item return policy. They're making it difficult to return the product. This company is a scam and I will be seeking litigation.

I was very excited to get the Luna styler, I even ordered 2 others to give as gifts. But I found it was difficult to use and did not curl my hair, it just made it messy. I then found, because they were on sale, I could not return them for a refund. I really had high hopes that were dashed.I was encouraged by Justina to send a review.

I ordered the hair curler by mistake do to being trigger happy on pressing the buttons : ). I needed to cancel the order because I don't have enough funds. Thanks to Justina from the customer care team I was able to cancel my order just in time before shipment. Thanks once again.

BEWARE: Their products are very cheaply made and flimsy. They do not hold up to thick course hair. In addition, their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Do not buy from them. They will not refund me for the whole purchase. I repeat do not buy from them.
In particular, Justina was not at all cooperative and very difficult to deal with.

Had an issue with my order and I emailed Lora hair about updating delivery address and Justina was quick to respond and updated my order. So grateful for the quick response and customer service provided.

I have reached out several times via email with no response, can't locate a phone number to call. Very frustrated

I love all the styling options. You can style your hair very quickly. It's light weight so you don't get tired.
I highly recommend it.

I placed and order for the 5n1 and got email that the color I ask for was out of stock was told I could wait or choose a different color which I was perfectly fine with and appreciated them letting me know. I chose a different color and Justina replied quickly and let me know my order had shipped. I appreciate everything she did to help me.

If they are able to resolve my problem I would say that I am very pleased with their response.

I had an issue where somehow the wrong shipping address was entered when the order was processed. I emailed customer service immediatley and was concerned that my email wouldn't be seen until after shipping.

Wrong!! I had a response email from customer service within minutes and the issue was resolved!
