I bought the 5 in 1 tool and the day I got it, I tried it out and the air intake on the bottom of the handle was sucking up strands of hair and causing damage. I reach out to them to return it and was pretty much shut down. The 60 day Hassle Free policy only applies if you DON'T use it. So you are expected to look at the product and not use it to know if it's what it promises to be. They offered store credit to use on their entire 5 item product section or take 10% to keep the item. I have been going back and forth with them and NO resolution. Never will buy a Facebook advertised product again!

The product isn't as effective and powerful to wrap the hair around. Trying to return the product and Lora Hair giving me a hard time and they won't honor their 60 Day Money Back guarantee. They said as long as you used the product it's not returnable. Spend more money and get Dyson Air Wrap instead, I did.

Justina has been so helpful trying to sort out my order issues. She went above and beyond and I appreciate when brands stand with their customers. Fingers crossed it arrives soon so I can try it!

So far I love it. It was super easy to use and love the curl wrap option. My husband was impressed by how nice my hair came out on the first try. Not sure how long it will last but for the money I love it so far!

Website states 60 day money back guarantee, don’t trust it, they will then offer you 10% back and screw you, it’s extremely cheaply made and not worth it, especially if you have long or thick hair it’s not powerful enough to dry your hair, took me 45 mins to get it to a damp point

BUYER BEWARE !!! It says 60 day money back and , in another area on website 30 day money back . First problem - inconsistent.
Second problem: Guarantee is NOT TRUE . You are NOT allowed to use product at all for 30/60 days . I was told I could basically “look” at it and put attachments on it for 30/60 days , but NOT use even once on my hair !
NO where is it stated this in guarantee online . False guarantee , false advertising, I will never buy from this website again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!very misleading . BUYER BEWARE

Amazing!! I was considering buying a different more expensive brand, but I thought I’d take a chance and order from Lora. So happy I did. Also the customer service is phenomenal.

My bestfriend is a hairstylist and she tried it when my order came in. She can't believe that this product works exactly like a dyson airwrap!!! For it's price that so affordable???? You will not be disappointed I am telling you. You should purchase it now before it gets out of stock. I want to gatekeep it LOL but this product deserves to be seen

I love it. I thought I wouldn’t be able to figure it out to style my hair but to my amazement it is super easy. Works perfectly lightweight and I am able to raise above my head to style my hair. Other items have been too heavy. Shipping was fast and the price is really fantastic.
