Great no fuss service. Cake was beautiful

Helpful, quick and efficient!

As always, the cupcakes were utterly delicious! They are a perfect size and there were no complaints whatsoever! We love the idea of selecting our own favourite cupcake flavour when celebrating someone’s birthday and it’s great that you can choose vegan and gluten free varieties too. I ordered a mixed cupcake box online then collected from Westfield Stratford.

Had a horrible experience for the first time being a consumer of Lola’s I wanted to buy a small cake and then I bought it. Nobody made it clear to me that I had a message written on it that said happy birthday the only thing that puzzled me as I walked off the girl wished me happy birthday which made me think just peek into the box and see what’s there then I realised it said happy birthday on it literally within less than two minutes I went back and I said hey, you’ve sold me a cake with a birthday message can you please tell? Sell me one without one which I was told we don’t have any plain cakes left and even if there was I can’t sell it to you because is it against health and safety but I explained you literally just sold it to me and you didn’t explain to me that the only cakes that you have left have a message it became a whole thing. The staff member was extremely rude also lied multiple times to her supervisor and customer service and I’m just really really disappointed how everything was dealt with in the end the supervisor wipe the message off and then put some sprinkles on it which that could’ve been done from the beginning but it was just made so long for absolutely no reason and as a customer, it left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t know if I would consider coming back to here again

The cake was lovely and alternative choice to the one I originally wanted. I'd definitely buy again and that it's gluten free is real bonus for allergy sufferers.

We have been buying birthday cakes from Lola's Cupcakes for the past few years and they're always really good cakes.

This time around was no exception.

Everything was good but cake was very dry m, not fresh and no trace or feel of mango other than yellow colour. First time it was good with lot taste of mango in it.

Purchased a cookies & cream cake for my partner's birthday from the Stratford Westfield location and saw it was designed perfectly upon collection. No complaints, just wish I had more cake because it tasted so good! The staff working there were really kind

We ordered a cake for my Brother in laws Birthday as we were staying in Stratford to watch Abba Vovage. The cake was delicious and the girl that served me was very pleasant. It was well secured in a lovely box and bag to carry it in.I would highly recommend and would order again.

Cake always tastes delicious ,but it same to eat it runs out so fast before we come I wanted to get for my son chocolate cake but buy the time I reach all the cakes was gone which was in afternoon. I end up buy cupcakes which was really delicious

There was a fly inside their cabinet where they store the cakes
I noticed after I paid for my order
I ask the member of the staff who served me
She quickly close to glass Infront leaving the fly inside that gave me nausea

The cake was too sweet. It was my daughter's birthday and we ordered Elsa theme cake . It was beautiful but kids couldn't eat because of extreme sweetness.
