Just a note to say how pleased we are with the new Loghouse.
I was working part time from home pre lockdown but for the past few years it has almost been full time home working. I’m a consultant Accountant and spend a large part of my day on the phone or zoom calls. Our house Is small, and it was getting to the point that the home working was becoming a source of annoyance for the other family members. My daughter looked at the options for an external office and came up with LogHouse.
We decided on the 3x3.3m version as our garden is relatively small and I did not require aa big workspace.
I’m really delighted with our choice and the installation went without a hitch. Both teams of installers (foundations and house) were punctual, mannerly and literally never stopped working from arrival to departure. They left the site spotlessly clean after them. The total install went without a hitch and took three days in total.
We could not recommend LoghHouse highly enough and the final product is beyond our expectations. We have already had friends viewing it and are thinking along the same lines as us.

We cannot praise the staff at Loghouse enough. From the start dealing with Keith, to Mindy & his uncle well what can we say only excellent workers. It was such a pleasure to have them working at our house. Also the painter…sorry didn’t get his name but an excellent job. Thanks so much to all!

Excellent service and work from start to finish. We went with the ground screw option for the base and its rock solid. The cabin build only took 2 days and the guys were very professional. They left the place spotless when finished. Highly recommended.

Our new log house is so perfectly made. During a storm a candle wouldn’t flicker inside. The workmanship and quality is outstanding.
It arrived 7 weeks before the due date, we were delighted when we were offered an earlier installation.
The carpenters were experienced, diligent and precise.
The Loghouse is far better value also than competitors, many of the brochure extras were given as standard.
I couldn’t recommend Loghouse highly enough.

Purchased Kilkenny log cabin from Loghouse 8 weeks ago to use it as office and chill out area for my teenager kids. The guys who showed up to fit the cabin worked really hard and workmanship was second to none. We had the cabin insulated to use at winter months as well. Highly recommend

Cannot give 0.
PAID as requested when cabin was delivered. However, no roof tiles, no windows,no doors,no balcony, no guttering or downpipes. Was advised we would be contacted re delivery- nothing, cannot even get through on the phone. Not to mention the workmen wouldn't even get out of the van until they received confirmation of payment. Unfortunately we would advise to avoid at all costs. I did not do my research fully as I can see that all the negative reviews here just confirm the experience we have had so far, requesting money and incomplete delivery and service.

We are very happy with our log cabin. The two guys who lay the foundation and constructed the cabin were such hard workers, so polite, and cleaned up after themselves each day. Very happy with the quality and standard of the cabin itself, and good follow up customer service too.

terrible customer service paid €4,500 for a cabin, wood for door was forced into shape and it eventually went back to its natural shape the door is now worped. also the hinge at the bottom was broke they took it off and were meant to come back with a replacement part that was over 4/5 months ago. I am considering about taking legal action disgusting way to treat your customer con men will not recommend yous to anyone in the future 👿👿

Hi first of all the two men that came to put together the Log Cabin, were great, very friendly and great workers. My cabin is just fab and I am using it as my Art Studio, and it works . Plenty of light and room to move around and to have some storage in it too. Everyone that has viewed it wants the same so you might have some enquires re- the same. Thank you all .

We had our garden room built a few years ago by Loghouse. They recently came out to take some photos and a video of it. I can’t recommend them enough. They are so lovely and pleasant to deal with. We had a minor issue with one of the doors and someone came out and sorted it for us and showed us how to adjust them easily if it happens again.

Cant recommend Loghouse enough the work was immaculate and lads installing such hard workers and so clean nothing left behind and we absolutely love our log cabin thank you so much

Very dissapointed with this company. No customer services. Constantly passed on to other people. I have 3 humps in the floor now and only built end of Oct. Emailing since start of Nov and only got back to me early Jan. Solution was planning the humps. NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE MONEY IT COST. I ask for new floor and surprise surprise no reply. SAVE YOUR MONEY and stay away!!

We just recently had our 2 bed type F cabin built by loghouse. We couldn't recommend them enough our cabin was delivered ahead of schedule and finished in 5 days. Efka and Andre were extremely professional and their attention to detail was something else. They worked so hard and showed us everything we need to know to maintain the cabin.
Eli from the orders team was also very helpful and made the whole process so simple.

Our new Loghouse arrived last friday and 8am.
Andy and Patrick did a great job and it was completed on two days.
Very good to work with and finish is excellent.

Just had the Ashford Contemporary built on site and the experience I had with everything from sale through to completion was excellent. The guys who came to site were such nice guys and so very professional. Efka and Andre were so easy to work with. They were professional, courteous, friendly and so good at what they do. They had huge attention to detail and left the site clean and tidy. Some of the hardest workers I have ever come across. Very impressed. The overall experience has been excellent and although the lead time was long (20 weeks) it was well worth it.

This company has no customer service and did not keep to their contract. They installed my cabin incorrectly, without a window so the rain gets in and a door that won't open. Worst of all they have not responded to me about fixing this!! One month later and refusing to answer any calls or respond to any queries or provide any information. However, they have taken my money despite incomplete installation. I am writing this review as I see they respond to reviews and I have had no other communication from them.

Thank you loghouse.ie for our recent cabin. The customer care was brilliant and the finishing touches were much appreciated. Professional and diligent I would highly recommend these guys.

If I could give 10 stars I would! So happy with our new Eco Garden room. They installed faster than the original lead time, and the build team were fantastic. So clean and efficient. The quality of the build is noticeably different to our neighbours who went with a different company. Highly recommend Loghouse!

Absolutely no customer service. We bought a loghouse.ie from them some 8 years ago. We had leaks and issues with the roof within the first year and they never sent anyone out so I fixed it all myself. They have no after service support.

Recently I have been trying to get door hinges fixed and been chasing them for over 9 months again now, keep getting fobbed off with platitudes from their so called Client & Social Media Manager, more excuses around covid. They are only interested in the Sale. I really think this is the worst service from a supplier that I have ever experienced in Ireland...simply shocking. If I could give them Zero I would

They are very dishonest. The lad that came out to measure my garden, didn't notice a tree stump that was in the garden. It was literally his job to notice. He came out to see if the garden was appropriate.

When the lads came out to do the foundation they couldn't put it down the way i wanted. I had to remove the stump . When they came back to do the foundation they infomed my mother, that the sales rep said he did tell me to remove the stump. This was a lie.

The same sales rep sent me a contract to sign. Then a few days later he emailed me and said he sent me the wrong documents by accident. So i had to resign. So my experience with this sale rep wasn't very good. The only jobs he had to do, he got wrong. Measuring the garden and getting me to sign a contract! He messed up on both. And he told lies to cover up his incompetence . I didnt appreciate him lying. Considering he blamed me for his mistake. How unprofessional can you get!

This should of been a warning to stop dealing with them and cancel the contract. Unfortunately i didn't. Log house sub-contract the work men. The workers are good. Log house is dishonest. My log cabin should of been finished by now. Instead its outside my back garden with no windows or doors on it. Its like that two weeks. It was meant to be finished by the start of November. They were late starting. I had to complain. Now god knows when they will finish. They were meant to be here today and no sign of them.

They stopped working as soon as they received full payment. Which they insisted on the last day they were here. They sat outside and said they couldn't come in until they were paid. They did this infront of neighbours. This embarrassed my mother. The workers apologised. They said log house told them not to go in until they were paid infull. So they got PAID!!! ( i had already made payments, it was the final payment they wanted)

After i fully paid they didn't bother finishing. They didn't come back. Theres no windows or doors on the cabin.
Avoid log house at all costs.

Update 22nd December

Loghouse eventually finished my windows and doors. But they supplied me with the wrong paint. Luckily i rang them yesterday before i started painting or i would of ruined the cabin (21st of December ).
So now im waiting for that. Another maistake. After multuple mistakes.

The cabin is still unfinished. It was meant to be finished in November. On the phone yesterday loghouse apologised. Then they immediately asked me to remove this review. This is after the fact. They didnt offer compensation or apologise once during the weeks of delay and problems . Im very unhappy. I could never recommend them. The cabin took ages and loghouse.ie was unprofessional the whole way along process. And im still waiting for paint. Im unhappy with the finish on the windows aswell. Overall i dont trust this company. I only heard sorry after this review, followed by can you take it down, but at the same time they offered no compensation. Not even free paint. They were just interested in the review being removed) im the one stuck with an unfinished product
