We had a very positive experience from start to finish. We we’re originally told 6-7 weeks lead in time but we were lucky and got a cancellation. From initial order, to sales agreement to completion was sub 3 weeks. We’re very happy with the finished product & the construction team were very pleasant, clean, considerate & helpful while at our home.

Aaron in Glen of the Downs made the experience all the more manageable. Aaron was extremely professional, responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. He’s a credit to loghouse, a great representative of the company & delightful to deal with. Fair play to Aaron & many thanks for all your help

We purchased a 2 Bed Log Cabin from Loghouse.ie. The whole process was extremely straightforward from when we met Stephen in the Cork showroom to the build. We could not fault Mindy and his crew - they really were fantastic. They were polite, efficient, and very hardworking and left the site immaculate on departure.

Very professional service. Craftsmen were so good at their job, efficient, clean and friendly.
I would certainly recommend Loghouse for a very well built log cabin.

ECO GARDEN ROOM

Absolutely delighted with our eco garden room and storage space. Stephen in Hanleys showroom in Cork was very friendly and informative and answered all my questions. The build took a week to complete and the work that Tomas and his team put in was exceptional. Great company and great workmanship. Thanks again to Stephen and Tomas and his team.

I am absolutely thrilled with my one bed (D) cabin by logcabin.ie. from the start dealing with Sales Manager Dermot, Athlone to the builders led by Bruno & team who consulted me at all stages. I can't wait to start living in it once my own electrician and plumber return to finish last few items. Just the last piece of the jigsaw. I would highly recommend this company. It was hassle free except for the Irish weather.

We spent many months researching the best cabin to suit our needs. We visited many showrooms in various parts of Cork. We met Steven in the Hanley’s showroom. He was really friendly, informative and spent a long time answering our long list of questions. I was unsure if the size cabin we wanted would fit in our garden so he came up to measure it himself and also on another day he asked his colleague to call up to make absolutely sure. The process from ordering to construction was very straight forward. We were kept informed at each stage. Every worker was very pleasant and really hard working. We are now the proud owners of an eco cabin 6.2 by 3.4 metres. Very happy we went with this company. It looks amazing. Thank you

Very easy to deal with Denis in hanleys and very professional job from Andy and his team of fitters, came on time and worked well with trade people I had lined up for day 3 of build which I highly recommend that people do to save alot of messing down road further. Also recommend getting tikkurlia paint

My dad loves his new "grandad flat". We went for the budget one bed type B cabin as there is more space in the living area and the outdoor veranda is a plus in the summer months. Our experience with Loghouse was great from start to finish. You can tell they are very experienced at what that do, especially the installation team (impressive to watch them work). Dad loves his new home at the back of the garden and is impressed with the warmth & cosiness. The neighbours were all impressed too.

Purchased my loghouse from Hanleys in Cork and was delivered well before the due date. 3 lovely men delivered and fitted over 2 days

From the initial idea to the completion of the Pod we were blown away with the service provided by Keith and Aaron and the construction team.
We highly recommend Loghouse.ie and look forward to using the company again.
Many Thanks for a job well done in a friendly and efficient manner.

Would highly recommend loghouse! My cabin was delivered weeks earlier than expected! It only took 1 week to put the cabin up and the team were so helpful and kind! Dermot from the Athlone showrooms has also been incredibly helpful and patient with all our questions!! An amazing company!

Very happy with our new Garden room from Loghouse. The service and the quality are by far the best you will find. We did shop around before eventually deciding to go with them. The build team were very professional and friendly. Martin in the showroom was very helpful and kept us in the loop with everything! Thanks again.

Although I let my dad look after the liaising for me. I received a first class service from all the Loghouse staff, a special mention for Steven O' Driscoll, the Sales Manager of the Cork branch, who addressed any queries / concerns that I had. Every part of my experience, from the beginning of the design to the delivery, preparation, erection and the quality of workmanship was second to none, this coupled a super heat efficient, draft free log cabin, results in a first class 5 star service.

I cannot recommend Loghouse highly enough. Every part of my experience of getting our cabin with them, from the beginning to delivery and construction was excellent. Super communication, and we are so happy with our fab cabin. 5 stars!

Delighted with our eco loghouse the experience was great with loghouse from start to finish. We now have a great space at the end of our garden which serves as a home office, a creative space for art, a reading/chill out room not to mention a great place for entertaining too. The overall finish was superb as was the service. The electricians on-site were great too with fitting out all our requirements. Any follow ups we had were dealt with in a timely manner. I couldn’t recommend the eco garden room and loghouse enough…… its a natural addition to our garden space.

I am delighted with my loghouse, from start to finish the whole process was run so well,I saw some reviews beforehand saying the team were hard to get on the phone but i didn't find that at all and had great support. The cabin came earlier than expected and was put up within 3 days, everyone involved were great and so nice to work with, the plumber, carpenters electricians all worked so well together and made the whole process so speedy. I can not find any fault in the cabin and have recommended loghouse.ie to everyone I know .

Purchased EcoHouse Developments Ltd Log Cabin in July 2022 for immediate delivery to Waterford.
From the outset it was a nightmare. The one person in the company told us one thing, another told us a different thing. The communication was hopeless. The company often didn’t even answer the phone for days on end – business days. No response to emails.
Our contract stated that the log cabin would have no verandah, it was erected with about one quarter of the building taken up with a verandah. One tiny room was to be removed, it was constructed with the room included. The cabin was to be painted, no painting was done, on complaint they dumped three tins of paint on the site and told us to paint it ourselves!! When we insisted they paint it they wanted €8,000 – extortion. Of course, only about a quarter of the paint required to do the whole thing.
The person in charge on site was rude and difficult, left bits of wood around and didn’t fit the gutters properly so water pours through the badly fitted joins.
The only professional contact we had with the company was the electrician who did the first and second fit - Lighthouse Electrical Ltd. The electricians were excellent, helpful and totally professional, and did their very best to sort out what was a sorry mess in the interior layout.
We bought the log cabin in good faith, were assured it could be as we required and we paid up front.
Sadly, the company did not keep its side of the bargain and would not respond in any way when we tried to sort it out. Perhaps we would have had more luck if we hadn’t paid all the money up front.
All in all, it was a very demoralising experience with an inefficient and difficult company. Never again.

We have been planning to get a logcabin since the lockdown as it would be perfect for our home office and I cannot be happy enough that we have decided to go with the "Loghouse". A big shout out to Keith from Bray showroom, he has spend with us over an hour going through the details and our endless questions, so we decided to go with "Greystones Log Cabin 4x3". Builders team who came to install our cabin have also been a real professionals! They have put our cabin in just 2 days! Super efficient, very punctual and even cleaned everything after they have finished. Cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much!

I'm very happy with the cabin that Loghouse.ie installed. Very professional team, extremely good quality, fully satisfied
