Just got an Ashford contemporary log house clad in thermoclad wood. I love it.
Everything so far regarding the whole experience has been fantastic. Aaron in Glen of the Downs is such an asset to the company and the guys who installed it have been amazing. Alex was exemplary.
My teenage kids can’t wait to use it now

I just got my kilkenny room built..absolutely thrilled with it..from start to finish was a great experience. From Stephen over the phone to the 3builders who built it.Very nice,very professional. any questions were not to big or to small,very happy to help..just to paint it next and my son will have his amazing games room👍👍👍

I've had issues with leaking windows and doors from day one , living style windows and doors fitted, my flooring is damaged. I've contacted the company on numerous occasions and to no avail.

Dermot & Carlos in Athlone were very professional and so easy going. As a person in the Timber trade i was going to be particular on what i wanted and quality. The build is of very strong structure, well installed. The 2 men stood and completed works in 6 days. Worked well with my other trades on site. To say im happy would be an understatement. The painters did a tidy job and left the place spotless. Thanks again lads

Really impressed with loghouse.ie. Purchased a Newcastle 4m x 4m log house for my garden from the Cork showroom. Steven was brilliant to deal with from start to finish - he was so helpful and was always available for a phone call with any questions I had etc. Only two weeks turn around from ordering to build completion. The delivery and installation team were also top notch. Very happy with the completed log house - highly recommend.

We spent many months researching the best cabin to suit our needs. We visited many showrooms in around the country. We met Dermot in the Athlone showroom. He was friendly, informative and spent a long time answering our long list of questions. We purchased our Kilkenny 6 x 4m log cabin from Dermot and to say we are over the moon and blown away is an understatement! We had a very positive experience from start to finish. From the very beginning, Dermot in sales made the experience all the more manageable. He was extremely professional, responsive & helpful throughout the entire process. The carpenters Rado and Martin were experienced, diligent and precise. The workmanship and quality of the log cabin is outstanding. They were so professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Additionally, they left the place spotless. Dermot, Rado and Martin are credit to loghouse and a great representative of the company. The only watch out to be mindful of is that the project manager had told me to have the electrician and plumber ready for 4pm on the first day of installation when really this should be the morning of the second day.

We are delighted with our Eco Garden Room from LogHouse. From the outset we have been impressed with the professional and proactive response we experienced at all stages. Whenever we had questions about the timing and process and the painting, they responded in a timely way with clear information The build team were incredible, efficient, hardworking and cleaned the site on completion. We have already recommended LogHouse to friends and family with confidence.

Fantastic customer service from the sales manager to the assembly team, very easy and straightforward process without delays or hiccups. The quality of the cabin is really good and stands out in my neighbourhood as such as I have people coming up to the house to make inquiries about the cabin. I would recommend loghouse.ie to everyone that is thinking to upgrade or enchant their back garden.

I never write reviews but I have to say these lads impressed me.
We ordered the garden room 3 weeks ago and it arrived last week, 2 days to build and it is perfect,the guys in the Cork showrooms were unreal running us through all the details,the lads in the office were in touch to let us know when it was being delivered, as expected and the fellas who built it, can't remember their names sorry, were incredible , non stop work for 2 days with no drama,they left the place spotless as well.
My neighbour here is getting one from loghouse after our recommendation ..top work lads. Five 🌟

If you are thinking of getting a structure from this company I would make sure you see the raw structure first because I was not satisfied with the structure we are now stuck with and at a high expense. When trying to contact customer service could only do via email No One willingness to speak to me or help solve problem. The door frames are at least 2 inches coming up out of floor so when showing friends on separate occasions 2 people tripped over these door frames when I tried to contact customer service they said that’s the way it is. I sent photos of the show house which did not have the door frames coming up out of floor and the sales representative said it should not be like that. The sales rep said I had to get on to Dublin which are not picking up phone. I did get through to accounts and she is only available to take your money can’t give any other help. I’m very upset, this was supposed to be a safe place for my elderly parent. If you want to deal with this kind of company by all means do but I will be telling everyone not to. Also we’re we’re told prices were going up when we purchased November2022 I got a phone call to say I should purchase so we did and price did go up for a short period about €500. When I went to complain about structure to sales rep, new price approx €1400 cheaper. The person who handles there social media had first contacted me to leave a review when I explained my problems she did respond quickly. The sales rep said he would contact Dublin and I haven’t heard from him either I think they just take your money and couldn’t care after that

I am very reluctantly writing this poor review. I opted for Living Style windows and doors but they have been nothing but trouble. The doors don’t even have the correct metalwork in place to facilitate closing. The doors and windows are leaking. As a result some of the floorboards are rotting. The sent someone out who admitted that they now get their doors and windows from another supplier. They promised to replace and then did nothing. They blamed the war in Ukraine for the delay before now trying to hide behind a two year warranty purportedly hidden in terms and conditions that I never received and never signed. When I telephone, I get directed to email. So disappointed and am now going to have to sue.

Unfortunately my experience with loghouse is anything but good
Their aftersales service is practically non existance and they rarely ever answer an email back
From day one my Logcabin leaked water in through the walls and I have five pages of details logging complaints. Eventually after a long time they came back and insulated the outside of the cabin which meant they had to move out the windows and doors. Then the shingles on the roof started to come off so they had to come back again and sort this out
Now one of the windows they moved out started leaking water in badly. They eventually came out and drilled a hole in the window frame to let the water out and said they would replace the window but after six months and several emails from me to them they have not come back
Not even answering my emails and you cannot ring the service department

I got a reply through this site asking me to contact them re my windows so obviously they don’t even read all the emails I have sent them
Why don’t the management ring me as they are well aware of my number and email

They seem to give the same reply to anyone who writes a poor review on this site and that’s to get in contact but it’s a waste of time as they never reply

Steven at Loghouse, Cork City made our purchase and choice of variations very easy, he was very knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with us, We purchased a Loghouse totally fit for our purpose. The project manager and his team made a very professional and expert installation that we are very happy with and they discussed with us throughout the installation on our requirements for the Loghouse to ensure it was what we required.

Delighed with the new logcabin (Kilkenny Design) from Loghouse, now located in Spiddal, Co. Galway. Dermot in Athlone and all the Loghouse personnel were lovely to deal with, and when there was a small issue we needed sorted, this was done without delay.
A good and professional company and an excellent product.

We dealt with Denis in Hanleys in Cork. From start to finish we had excellent service. Denis took us through everything & in the end we decided on The Ashford.
At 7am yesterday morning 3 Fantastic Lads came & started. They finished it today! I honestly cannot praise them enough! I never saw such excellent skilled workers like these lads. I truly can't believe it!

There were a few issues with hidden costs but Tomas and Mindaugas, who assembled the loghouse, did a super job! We are very happy with the end product.
