We are delighted with our cabin. There was a long waiting list due to lockdowns but once it was our turn, it was so fast, in a week we had the cabin done and dusted. The assembly team was really efficient and friendly. 3-4 weeks later the painting team came to paint the exterior and make it even more charming!
Overall we highly recommend this company, a very easy process from the moment you walk into the Showrooms and pick what you want or how you want it.

Thanks to all at Loghouse for a very professional and comprehensive service. I am very impressed thus far with the quality of the Eco Garden Room (5mx4m) that has been supplied and installed at my home. The installation team were very competent and courteous and I will have no hesitation in recommending this product.

When my bakery outgrew my kitchen Loghouse was the obvious choice for my new cake studio.
They were wonderful to deal with. Fast, efficient and so friendly.
We installed a kitchen and now I have an amazing space to create my cakes.
If you're considering an outside studio you won't regret choosing loghouse.

Would rate 0* if I could. From leaky windows, leaking joins in wood, leaky roofs, and now the cherry on top the roof has lifted off. 0 customer service. Would not recommend to my greatest enemy. Wish I could include photos

Absolutely amazing customer service, beautiful showrooms and friendly staff. Thank you

Love our cabin! thanks Loghouse

Very straight forward process from start to finish. Thank you so much to the Log House team for helping make this happen

Excellent to deal with. Very thorough and so happy with the end result. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Absolutly NO customer service. Been 1 1/2 years and this company still fobbing us off. Wood has started rotting with mould as the cablin was constructed on the wrong base !! This company DO NOT CARE. They just want your money.

Recently had cabin built. The workmanship and quality of the build were excellent. All the team from start to finish were a pleasure to deal with. Would have no hesitation in recommending Loghouse. We are delighted.

I recently had a 6x3 Kilkenny built. There was a small delay due to current supply chain issues which is totally understandable. The sales team were very knowledgeable and helpful as ours was a custom build with 2 rooms. I was regularly updated from the install team in Dublin re delays and was compensated with paint and a few extras which was super generous. The install team from Glanmire were excellent, 2 lads who were a pleasure to have around and kept us updated on the progress ( the choice of music was a little dodgy - sounded like the Eurovision on a couple of occasions 😂.
Great company to deal with, would highly recommend.

We had a very good experience buying our Eco room from Loghouse. Martin in Kinseally was more than helpful. Efficient and friendly, he conducted a site survey which helped us decide which room would be most suitable.
The build itself was done quickly with due care taken for the rest of our property. We had an unavoidable wait for cladding but Eli the site manager did follow up on all of our emails and the room was completed as soon as possible.
We are delighted with the quality and the aesthetic of the build....a beautiful as well as useful addition to our home.
Thanks to everyone involved.

Fantastic job so impressed with the finish the lads that came to construct it were very efficient and extremely tidy . Delighted with the end product 👍

The cabins are amazing quality and the lads who built it were fantastic. I docked a star because the waiting time was phenomenally long. But overall a great service and our cabin looks beautiful in our garden-thanks!

I recently had a log cabin installed by Loghouse and the experience was first class from start to finish. The sales, installation and post sales teams were excellent to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get a log cabin. The quality of the materials and workmanship are excellent
