Excellent service from start to finish.. and delighted with the finished product! A 4mx3m cabin .. everyone compliments it ! It’s so well finished and cosy! The assemblers were tidy and quick..

Wow - could not be more impressed! Thank you to everyone in Loghouse for the most amazing experience - from the date of going to see the showroom to completion of our cabin was 3 weeks and for that whole time, every interaction was positive, helpful, clear, directed, honest and so reassuring. The finished cabin is incredible and Ned and his team were so amazing to have in our garden. Special thanks to Rinalds, Eli, Rob, Ned, Eugene and Claudius - and everyone else. The best buying experience I have ever had to be honest!

Ned and the team were amazing! They were so efficient and polite during the works!
Would highly recommend them :)

We are amazed at the speed of the completion of our project for a 6x4m loghouse. Special thanks to Denis, sales rep in Cork for expediting the process. The built quality was excellent & the painter also did excellent job. Thank you also to the recommended electrician (John), which has made the whole process uneventful.

I would like to thank Loghouse.ie for an amazing experience.
From Stephen in Sales who was so helpful and knowledgeable and no question or phone call was not answered,to the two men who built the house and left everywhere so tidy, to the staff answering emails immediately and the fantastic product they supplied on the timeline Stephen gave me day one.
I am so grateful.

My experience with Loghouse was excellent. The lads that built it were great , hardworking and neat . Worked in awful conditions of snow frost and rain. The reason I went with Loghouse is solely down to Steven in Cork. I was looking at another company , but Steven was very approachable , knowledgable and professional . I knew I could contact him at any time with any questions I had . I highly recommend Loghouse .

I can’t recommend Loghouse enough! Every step of the purchase, delivery, and build was flawless. The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I’d happily work with them again and will continue recommending them to everyone I know.

Hi,
You will be initially delighted with your new Loghouse shed, but just wait for a couple of years.
It could potentially start leaking through the window frames and walls, which has happened to ours.
Absolutely no after sales support from this company.
The Manager said that it’s basically my fault as the silicone is perished. It is not perished, the silicone is as good as the day it was done.
Which was 4 years ago.
He hasn’t even come out to see it, but he seems sure it’s my fault for not maintaining it.
Which is rubbish.
The floor is rotting, the inside of the window is rotting.
This is the first time I have made an official complaint about anything in my 53 years.
Absolutely disgusted, stay well away.
Jerry.

Thank you for the detailed information and support you provided regarding your cabins. Your expertise made exploring my options straightforward.

I’m excited about the possibility of purchasing a cabin and truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve dedicated to answering my questions. Your assistance has been appreciated, and I look forward to continuing this journey with your team.

I had this log cabin bought built and decorated in 3 weeks.
It is highly insulates and so cosy ,
Every one involved in the whole project was so helpful.
The builders arived and had it installed in 3 days ,
Left the property imaculate.
I am absolutely delighted with it.
Fantastic extra room.

This company from the get go the company was so professional. Communion was excellent.
The workmanship was unreal and the pace they woked at was utterly magnificent.
We got a 7 x 3.5m cabin. We bought the paint also at a great rate from the company. Even in the aftermath of such big project the tidy up was very thorough. I would highly recommend the Loghouse company, we can't wait to start using our new extra space!

I would highly recommend log house Ireland,
I had a log house built recently and everything went to plan
From the initial contact with Carlos in Athlone and all the way through everything ran smoothly,
Ally and Mindy did a fantastic job in the construction and the painters did a great job too,
No fuss, No Drama, just very helpful, also all office staff were very helpful,
Thank you all for making me a happy customer,
David, Galway

would highly recommend the loghouse team. we were actually looking for a steel tech when bumped into Stephen and he, and team, could not have been more helpful from start to finish. from assisting with most suitable, and affordable, cabin to actually popping out to us to ensure the slope in the garden was not too great and yard suitable, we found the knowledge and service excellent. both the foundation and cabin building teams were very profession, friendly and amazingly efficient. we chose to use our own electrician and paint ourselves (which we regretted for a while) and were very much accommodated. And the after sales service, with aftercare manual and follow up call etc, was just as professional and surprisingly thorough. would highly recommend from start to finish and kids love their new hangout. Many thanks Loghouse

I can highly recommend Log house. Excellent Service and Smooth running and installed at my schedule.
Stephen went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly and was very Knowledgeable about the product. Denis was also very helpful when I needed questions answered.
The groundwork’s team had everything at hand from day one of the initial groundworks and installation to run through the plans.
The same applies to communication between the company and contracted plumber and electrician.
5 stars though.

I can highly recommend Loghouse. Smooth running and installed ahead of schedule even in the midst of a soaking wet winter.
We love the extension. All fittings and fixtures are working well and look good.
The staff are lovely and always very respectful.
The only tip I would have is that when the project is a bit more complicated ( ie our extension) if the engineer can meet the groundwork’s team and the building team on day one of the initial groundworks and day one of the installation to run through the plans with the home owners and the team. There was some confusion, very quickly sorted by the team but a bit stressful for the buyer at that moment.
The same applies to communication between the company and contracted plumber and electrician.
Still 5 stars though. Big shout out to Keith, Carlos , Robert the engineer for getting the project off the ground and being so kind. Thanks to Eli for his project management and professionalism. Thanks to the groundwork team who stepped in when the other team were taken ill, they were lovely and left everything very tidy. Big thanks to Rado and his team for being so hard working, professional, good humoured, respectful and mannerly they are a credit.

I can not recommend Loghouse.ie enough. We started our journey at their showroom in Dublin. True professionalism from start to finish. They listened to our needs and designed a cabin that could be attached to our house for an elderly adult. Nothing was too much trouble and any query was answered immediately. The skill of all the tradespeople was outstanding, very hard working and not intrusive. The quality of all the products used were of the highest standard. Once the project started it flowed seamlessly with great communication throughout. We now have an extra warm, cosy and beautiful extension to our house. A big thank you to everyone in Loghouse.

We couldn't recommend LogHouse any more. From start to finish everything went smoothly . Ned and Paul who fitted were very helpful and courteous throughout the whole process . They answered all our queries and explained everything to us brilliantly. It was all done in 4 days and we couldn't believe how quick the cabin was erected. It came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier with the final result! We'd just like to thank the whole team involved as any email or phone call always seemed a priority.

From start to finish the experience was amazing I’m so please and happy with our new home we absolutely love it
Martin helped us design and Andy was there from morning till late to get our house finished thank you so so so much guys
I have been singing your praises since we got the keys
Thank you
Sarah, Tom and Saoirse

We had a custom built Loghouse constructed in our rear garden. From contract signing to painting and oiling (including plumbing and electricity) took approximately 6 weeks. The majority of this was a 5 week lead time for manufacture (in Lithuania) of a custom made cabin. The process was perfectly smooth, non intrusive and professional. The speed of build was impressive.
Many thanks to Aaron, Reda, Eli, Diana and all the loghouse team !

Prompt easy service and super efficient installation crew. We had some complexity in our needs for both delivery and build. Everyone was very understanding and supported what we needed. Great Service and the cabin is very well built and looks beautiful.
