The food menu’s could be looked at
Should be more for vegetarians
Breakfast portions to small
Took to long to get there and back as there is too many stops
Rooms where cleaned daily but they left all the dirty glasses from the bar in the room
Rooms are dated floor boards very noisy for the people below us
Staff were very helpful and polite

This was my. first time with your company and I could not fault it we had Phil for our driver and he was brilliant, the food was good and tasty and a good range.

Excellent value for money, the hotel staff were all
efficient, and the drivers were knowledgeble and very competent.

The staff were really good. The entertainment was good. Our driver Allen was absolutely brilliant. So caring and friendly. Brilliant driving. He goes above and beyond to help. I have been on lots of coach trips, but I can honestly say that he is the best I have ever had.

My idea of a holiday water mountains good food cosy bed.Pleased to report I couldn't have wished for more it was my dream place

Everything ran so smoothly -the hotel was marvellous
and our drivers were such fun. I will be booking again.

Excellent value for money. Beautiful setting,fabulous scenery, very good choice of food and probably the best staff I have ever encountered at a lochs and glens hotel.
Great excursions and a first class driver for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Too long on buses for me tbh - would have preferred an option to to do half days out rather than full days . If you went out first thing you didn’t come back until teatime and then it was a rush to be ready for an early tea.
Also found having breakfast at say 8 am and needing to get on bus for 9am was onerous - just an hour to eat and get out. Not as relaxing as I expected.
Going to places 15 mins away turned into scenic drives of an hour or more - beautiful scenery and perfect for some I’m sure but I just found there to be too long on bus generally. Bearing in mind I’m active late 60s and feel the trip may be more geared towards older, less abled folk.
Was far from a negative experience though.
Met lovely people, the staff were amazing inc the bus drivers and hotel staff and my room and view amazing. Great value for money.
Main points - would prefer option for going out all day or half days. Thanks ☺️

It was my first holiday with Lochs & Glens but I will be considering another. The coach was comfortable and drivers friendly.
I stayed at the Ardgartan Hotel which was in a wonderful location. I was allocated Room 118 which met all my requests :- loch view, walk in shower, on a lower floor and near to a lift. It was also a twin room so nice to have some extra space. There was plenty of storage space and I think the bathroom was brand new.
Food was fine and I tried all the local dishes available such as smoked Scottish kippers, venison stew and Haggis, Neeps and Tatties.
Staff friendly and helpful, bar prices acceptable. Entertainment most nights although I only stayed up on the one night when an excellent act was on - Jamie Wood who sang popular songs and played his guitar very well.
We were blessed with amazing weather so the scenery was even more special than hoped. Enjoyed a lovely cruise on Loch Lomond in brilliant sunshine
Included excursions mostly good. Could have spent longer at the very interesting Kevingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow, also at Luss. Not much at Dunoon and Inveraray although scenery good whilst travelling to get there.
The trip over the mountains and glens following The Old Military Road was brilliant.
So all in all an excellent holiday and I'll be planning another perhaps for next year.

Good service from coaching staff, hotel staff, what made the holiday was the lovely weather and of course the meals

We had a really fantastic time the staff was brilliant has usual meals was great entertainment was good & all the drivers was spot on. But on the down side the window frames in our bedroom was alot to be desired & the dinning room windows was ready for a good clean

My friend and I had a great time from start to finish. Our driver was great. Hotel from reception staff to dining room were amazing very helpful nothing to much trouble. Definitely be booking again. Thank you for a great 5 days away. The loch was amazing next to hotel.

Really pleased with the whole Lochs and Glens experience . All the staff in the hotel were very helpful. The driver was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was clean and comfortable

Lochs and Glens do their upmost best to make your holiday run smoothly. All the staff are very friendly.
The Ardgartan Hotel was spotless and the setting is breathtaking. The coach drivers are very skilled coping with difficult terrain and road conditions, also very knowledgeable

The whole experience was fabulous. Room and all areas of hotel were clean. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful.
Scenery was out of this world. The trips were enjoyable and enough time was given on these to take in our surroundings.
A huge thank you to Steve a delightful kind and helpful driver. He went a hoot.
We have booked for another break next April. Watch out the sasananks are coming back.
