The driver to start with. When you get an excellent one like Roddy, and previous ones we've also had, who accompany you in all your travels and make it extra special, that really is positive. Then the hotel staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Plus the hotels are always lovely, clean and the loch locations, so serene and beautiful. Instantly calming. Always a joy and delight to travel and stay in Lochs & Glens hotels. This time was really lovely to see different places on our days out. Pleasantly surprised. Thank you

Great holiday. Went last year to Ardgarten and going back in September. Staff lovely and meals are great plenty of choice.

Dining room staff super efficient and friendly, system operates like clockwork. Good breakfasts but fresh vegetables with dinner would have been nice. Room fine. Coach driver very informative. Lovely location.

Perhaps a bit more time needed to explore places visiting, sometimes felt rushed being on a short time limit. wonderful views wherever you went. lots of fresh air.

Our coach driver Paul was brilliant. He was kind, chatty & very funny. My Mum is disabled & he was very attentive. He would make sure her walking trolley was ready everytime she left the bus & he was there to help her off too. Truly an amazing guy & an absolutely wonderful trip. Thank you all so much.

From when we got on the coach the whole of the experience was great .The two drivers was brilliant ,the staff at the hotel was great nothing was to much trouble, Food and all the trips was good We will be back.

We were picked up easily at our designated point and had the same coach from Ramsgate for the whole holiday, We did not have to move any luggage as it was deposited to the door of our hotel room and then picked upto be loaded back on the morning of departure. The drivers were all fantastic and although we expected narration whilst in Scotland we had it on the journey up as well. We were also constantly being told if there were problems on the road ahead and diversions. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable with amazing view of the Loch. All waiting staff were excellent and although lists of required items on the tanke were made it was not always successful. The food and choice of food every night was fantastic. The tours/ days out were fantastic, again very informative, but we coud have done with more time in Inveraray as we could only have a quick walk and an even quicker lunch. Overall a fabulous holiday so thank you to all that made it special for us.

Coach, Hotel and Staff were lovely, although the bathroon could do with hand rails over the bath. The only thing wrong with the trip was that we didn't get long enough to visit what we had gone to Scotland to see, we wanted to learn more of the history of Scotland and we thought that a visit to Blair Castle would be just what we wanted, unfortunately we were only given an hour and a half there, hardley time to walk swiftley through the roomes before we were taken on to the town where we could walk round the shops! I can do that very well at home.

Lochs & glens go the extra mile, they make sure your trip is safe, friendly and fun. There was an issue with our coach the day before our return. They made sure this didnt interrupt our day. We got a replacement coach ,whilst we were on loch trip, to finish our day, so no waiting around at all. Well done lochs and glens.

I went on holiday with my sister to the Highland Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the manager was great fun.our coach driver Cameron went above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday. Very informative and took us to places we've not been before. He made this one the best ever. We will be coming on holiday again with you in June.

Well organised in general. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable hotel. Food good in general. Would recommend this holiday to others.

Great value holiday. Especially if you are a single person supplements are the lowest I think you'll find. A good hotel and most of the excursions were all inclusive. All staff were friendly and informative full marks.

The whole experience was a good one. Stuart our driver was very professional in everything he did, and also imparted a lot of his local knowledge.
The Inversnaid hotel was a great base for our stay, with plenty of room at meal times, and for relaxing in the evening.
The staff were great, from Toby in the bar, and Precious and Joe in the dining room, to mention a few.
The tours out were interesting, Oban in particular.
We did a couple of local days out on our own, as the weather was so good, this included a days fly fishing on Loch Katrine, and a Steamship ride down Loch Katrine, the 4.5 mile walk to the pier to catch the steamship, was lovely, because of the weather and mountain views.

Another great break away with Lochs & Glens. Good food and tours. Coach driver Alan was first class.

Love the Highland hotel. Everyone so wonderful.
