Our first Lochs & Glen's holiday. Drive to Scotland was very long, but, our driver Karin was first class. Informative, patient and very funny lady. An asset to the Company. Hotel very welcoming. Young team who put their customers first and foremost on every level. Food was amazing and plentiful. Tours were well thought out and good variety of places to visit. We'll done and thank you Lochs & Glens

Amazing location of Hotel Awe. The hotel was clean, plenty of hot water and the staff were friendly. However, there was chaos in the dining room as the staff were not organised and required more training. The daily excursions showed the true beauty of Scotland and were thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfasts were fine - although instant coffee and cold toast were not. Dinners were, in my opinion, dreadful. However, many of the more senior members of our group were quite happy. Some issues were - frozen vegetables (brocolli and carrots), a fish cake that was flat and could have been used as a frisby, lumps of stalk in the coleslaw, no banana or toffee sauce in the banofee cheesecake, garden peas that had obviously been hanging around for some time, and boiled potatoes served when there were potato croquettes on the dinner plate. Oh, reconstituted potato (Smash) was also used. We only ate two evening meals and went to the local pub which served good quality food at reasonable prices. I did try to raise these issues with the manager, Beki, but she was on leave and it did not seem appropriate to speak with the relief manager. Some of the guests were happy with the meals, but many were elderly and it was obviously a treat to have food prepared and served to them. However, I expected better.

First time on Lochs and Glens what a great company every detail was well organised with great staff and great customer service.
Loved the location of the hotel with a gorgeous view from our bedroom and even from the bathroom. Definitely worth the long drive up there.

Everything was just brilliant

Very frendly driver . Well maintained hotels ,good quality food . Hotel staff worked very hard to help us , personally a little bit larger portion on some of the evening mains , but there were 3 courses .i would have liked a little longer on the sound of mull , but all in all very good ,we had a lovely time .great value , will do it again , and it was in Scotland !!!! Where could be better .

We have been on many coach holidays and i have to say that lochs and glens are by far our favorate from staff to drivers acomadation and intinary amazing cant wait fir next holiday

This was our first trip with Loch & Glens, staff were all very friendly, coach was comfortable, Hotel very clean very comfortable and well organised, the food was pretty good, excursion good and enjoyable but felt a bit rushed on some of the trip, evening was a bonus, over all we had a good time. And will use Loch & Glens again,

The drivers were very good, friendly, helpful kept you informed and knowledgeable about the area, particularly Alan. Also safe driving.
The hotel Loch Achray was in a beautiful position, with stunning views of the Loch.
Staff were pleasant, but could do with training especially the restaurant staff.

The Lochs and Glens holiday we had was very efficiently run. It all ran smoothly from the coach journeys to and from Scotland, to the hotel and the excursions on days out.
We had a nice room with a beautiful view over Loch Long.

My first trip with Lochs &Glens.
Firstly a shout out to the coach drivers who somehow manage to negotiate some very narrow and twisty roads whilst also providing local information of interest and ensure passengers are kept informed of each days itinerary.
The hotel is set in a wonderful setting with comfortable rooms and provides a lovely base for the upcoming activities. The staff, from the cleaners, waiting, bar and reception are very welcoming and provide a very efficient service. This is especially noticeable during breakfast when they ensured that this was provided without delay, thereby allowing time to board the coach or ferry after breakfast.
I hope to return for another experience with Lochs &Glens at the earliest opportunity.

Ardgartan was a fantastic hotel in a peaceful location. There was always a good choice of food at meal time. Always enough to eat at breakfast and dinner time. Dining room staff were very good and attentive. Our driver Nigel was very good, ensured everybody had enough stops for toilet, coffee or just to stretch your legs. He was informative about places and locations we visited or passed. Look forward to booking another break with Lochs and Glens.

First coach trip holiday for myself and my husband. We stayed at the Ardgarten hotel. Fabulous experience, honestly could not fault anything. Good food, great excursions, lovely room, nightly entertainment, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location and excellent value. What more could you want? So impressed, I’ve already booked another trip with Lochs and Glens. Thank you for a great experience.

Bus driver was phenomenal and hotel staff superb location was magnificent
