The whole experience was fabulous. Room and all areas of hotel were clean. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to be helpful.
Scenery was out of this world. The trips were enjoyable and enough time was given on these to take in our surroundings.
A huge thank you to Steve a delightful kind and helpful driver. He went a hoot.
We have booked for another break next April. Watch out the sasananks are coming back.

Excellent first holiday with Lochs and Glens. Beautiful setting for the hotel with good food. However what made our holiday was our superb driver Dave who was very knowledgeable and accommodating with a brilliant sense of humour.

Logan’s are letting Lochs and Glens down as their drivers do not learn about the places of interest.
Had no idea where we were, why we had stopped. Driver stayed silent.

We had a wonderful holiday. The staff were all extremely helpful and attentive. This was our second holiday with Lochs and Glens and look forward to joining ing them again.

Overall excellent value for money . Coach was as speedy and safe as possible .
Hotel public space and rooms nice and airy but getting a little tired and dated ( no changes in the 12 years I’ve been visiting various hotels
Food fine but could be a little more imaginative.

Everything is very professional. The coaches and hotels are excellent, catering good, and the drivers good ambassadors for the firm.

My wife and I went on our first tour and "enjoyed" it but with issues. We'll start with the "pros":
1. Achary Hotel - on arrival at the hotel the booking in process was so well organised and basically first class.
2. Tour to Edinburgh - excellent.
3. Tour to Loch Lomond - excellent.
4. Tour driver - friendly and helpful.
"Cons":
1. Evening meals - food poor and portion sizes what I would serve to a child and not a grown adult.
2. Driver of the bus - he done that. Drove the bus with NO Tour guide information.
3. Tours were haphazard - they seemed to be poorly thought out. We spent time in places obviously not designed for tourists.
4. In the hotel we had allocated places at mealtimes and we sat with the same people for 4 days. We're adults - allow us to mingle and meet new people.
5. Checkout really peeved us. Up at 6AM, bags collected by 6:15AM, breakfast at 7AM and we had to be out by 7:45AM. Never in our lives have we needed to be out of a hotel BEFORE 8AM - unbelievable.
Any comments about the hotel were shared with them on a comments form they supplied to us on the last day.

Value for money, friendly & helpful staff. Good trips out daily. Locations.

Amazing location . All staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble.

Fantastic entertainment each evening.

Overall we had a lovely holiday.
The coach driver was excellent
We feel the trip on the first day was disappointing as we only spent a very short period of time in each village and a garden centre !!
The hotel was tired looking and could do with a few improvements, ones we suggested to the hotel directly.

my room was excellent had a walk in shower and warm central heating which can be turned up/down the breakfast food was outstanding.
(the bad) evening main meal was a bit skimpy some nights
last day check out is too early 7.45am.

I liked that it was all on paper with a suitcase tag these are non existent with other companies now .excellent driver and a nice clean hotel .weather was fantastic…what more can I say …food let it down a little ..but not bad compared to some
Staff brilliant..

This was my first experience of a coach holiday to Scotland and have no regrets. Extremely well organised, made new friends and the hotel was fantastic. Would highly recommend it and can’t wait to book another one!

More thought needs to go into the trips, ie are the shops, museums and other attractions open on the day of visit as the one we had on the Sunday no where was open so what could we do for two hours? Timings of the excursions ie, our cruise was at 3 pm for 45 minutes leaving no time to do anything else so had to return to hotel, was really a waste of the remaining afternoon.

Ardgarten hotel was comfortable with good food and a stunning views. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble.
On the flip side TV in room is very small.
Nearly everywhere was closed on the trip to Dunoon on Sunday.

The whole holiday was excellent from the start to finish. The driver was good and the hotel staff. The trips were good and well organised. The hotel was great.

Excellent weather was the icing on the cake of our first holiday with Lochs and Glens.
Excellent room 110 in the Ardgarten Hotel where the staff made our meal times a real treat. Our coach driver Andy took us to ALL the wonderful places and was so helpful into the bargain.
A holiday we couldn't have asked for more.
