Questions were easy to understand on the application, not the usual ones you get on other sites.
Price was really good also much less than others.

I started on the internet and got it wrong. It prompted me to ring in. It was answered straightaway. The lady I spoke to was very friendly with excellent knowledge and customer service. Excellent service with everything explained. I bought the policy straight away and the documents were available straight away.

The person on the phone was very friendly helpful and knowledgeable.

The only thing I can comment on is the price . I have just taken out the policy and therefore have not needed to use it yet ( hopefully not at all ) . Filling in the questionnaire was simple and straightforward. But compared to other quotes Lighthouse was more competitive.

Considering the thousands i was quoted with other “specialist insurers” this was by the best quote, in terms of hundreds not thousands.

Would highly recommend for anyone with cancer - it is in conjunction with Macmillan.

A good, straightforward experience taking out a single trip policy online. Pre existing conditions were not a barrier. Rang the customer service later to make a slight amendment without any problem.

Arranging the travel insurance was relatively straightforward but the measure of how good the company is lies in how they treat claims. I hope not to claim, but that’s the reason to buy insurance after all.
