The person dealing with my experience was pleasant and helpful. It takes a long time to go through everything which can be a bit frustrating and time conduming!
The seemed very exoensive to start with but eventually managed to get it down a bit.

This is the second time purchasing holiday insurance from this company, I left a review following my first experience regarding the process of obtaining a quote via the phone and it was responded to in detail. My second experience was much better.

Easy to purchase online and covered my medical conditions thoroughly. Very good price when compared to what some companies wanted, one would not even insure me. Only wanted cover for a short UK break and easy to find.

dealt with a lady called Dawn she was absolutely fantastic, did her absolute best to ensure I got the right cover, she was a pleasure to deal with a gave such confidence in her knowledge of the product Would highly recommend

I have been very happy with holidaysafe for several years,but it now appears one must talk to India rather than Malling,and although the young lady was perfectly understandable she seemed to lack any medical knowledge and seemed to be operating by rote eventually forwarding a previous quote followed by the current policy but with an incorrect birth date

The questions were comprehensive about my existing conditions and once completed, I was shocked and surprised (pleasantly) that the price was just ONE TENTH of an alternative insurer that asked precisely the same questions?

Left high and dry by Holidaysafe, not very helpful when I informed them of a condition, dropped me like a hot brick.

Got insurance on the phone. The lady I spoke to was very polite and patient, but I had difficulty understanding her with her accent. Hopefully all will be ok.
