Quick easy renewal previous conditions cover great rates

When I initially took out insurance with Holiday Safe I was impressed with the sales process and at the time said that should I need to claim, I would post another review based on my experience with the claim process.

Well, unfortunately I’ve now had to submit a claim and, whilst the claim process itself was pretty straightforward and the initial support was good (especially from Brandon), the overall experience is proving not to be very satisfactory.

For the last two weeks my claim has been stuck waiting for customer services to confirm the medical excess to the claims team.

I have now spoken to three agents (including speaking to Brandon twice) so 4 phone calls in total and, despite this being escalated, the process is still stuck.

Under normal circumstances I would probably just brush this off but, having to repeatedly chase this at the same time as supporting my wife through her cancer treatment, it’s just something that I could do without.

Dealing with the claim should be the easy bit, dealing with my wife’s cancer should be the hard part not the other way around.
