After looking for insurance for my 85yr old dad with no luck getting passed the "have you had any medical treatments within the passed 2 years"
I found lighthouse via searching McMillan. My dad has had bowel cancer and has been given the all clear, but now they have found kidney cancer, he is not having treatment or on any medication atm, this seemed to be a grey area on some of other insurers sites. I either couldn't get passed the next step or quoted £6000+
I answered all the questions and even rang them to make sure I had covered all the questions. I am thrilled we have managed to find him cover to take him away for a few days abroad at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Lighthouse insurance.
