Pins are mid, but the service is terrible. I bought 6, one snapped, I reached out, was offered a refund or replacement, opted for replacement as it takes multiple to hold my hair and after multiple emails and 7 weeks was then told, sorry, we changed our minds and won't be replacing the pin. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I thought ordering was straightforward, delivery was good, packaging was good, presentation was good hair pins were nice colour. I still don't know how to make them grip the hair :(

Appalling company that rips off people.

Hair clips absolute garbage. They do not look as luxurious as the pictures online so don't let them fool you. The gold branding comes off straight away. The clips do not hold, they are crap!

As for their 30 day risk free bs, they lie.

You contact them several times and they ghost you once they have taken your money.

I am fighting through my bank to organise a refund as they have intentionally ghosted me.

Note; these are cheap Chinese shite. Claim they are from France but my parcel was sent from China.

Absolute joke!

I loved how quickly my parcel of them came and how they were presented. I'm learning and enjoying them more and more.

I love the hairpins, they totally do as promised. Unfortunately the beautiful gold ornament is gone after 2 uses which makes the pin look quite boring. Would be good to make this paint more durable, because it just makes the pin look so glamourous. Delivery to WA was quite long. Otherwise, love them and wear them every day.

I have great success with the pins so far! Initially I began trying to grab too much hair and it wasn’t working out very well - but then less hair, 1-3 pins and it was snug and stylish. New work-do coming in hot!
The customer service was very prompt and helpful - my package got delivered to the wrong address.. and they were ready to send another package for me. Luckily it was a neighbouring street and my neighbour came and delivered the pins to me. No second package needed - thank you Lialys team :)

So pretty and practical easy to use

Don’t work- don’t be fooled by all the clever social media adverts!! They don’t hold in place and slip out…. And terrible return policy as you have to pay for shipment to France and then you only get 50% back. Such a shame…. But they will clearly be making a small fortune!!

I originally bought these for myself. I loved the way they looked and held my hair so much I bought a set for all the ladies at our Christmas celebration. Sent along the link to the tutorial and they loved them.

The hair pin doesn'twork, both my sister and friend all agree it doesn't hold the hair in place, however much you twist and tighten the hair. Such a shame with all the social media advertising this product.

These hair pins work like a dream, better hold with one rather than two of another brand. Attractive, too. I like that you have such a wide variety of colors to choose from. They seem made for longevity, so that makes them an ever better value. I am a very satisfied customer. Highly recommend!

The hairpins were a Christmas gift to my adult daughter. She has found the pins do not hold for very long in her fine, shoulder-length hair and not in her young daughter’s thicker, below shoulder-length hair, either. My daughter has followed the video tutorials, and she doesn’t find the tutorial’s recommended hairpin placement to make any difference. So, I’m disappointed.

After multiple tries, I finally got the trick. My haïr is still a Little to short to make many styles but so far I’m moré than satssfied!

Nice hair pin! Works well for my medium length hair and my daughters long hair!

I’ve been using these hair clips for a few months and they don’t pull my hair like other clips. I have fine hair but the always stay in. If they slide a bit they still stay in.
Would recommend them :)

It took me a while to become proficient in utilizing the Lialys hair pins. I think if you including a nice glossy instruction guide on hard paper it would help users know how to best insert the pins. Reminders to twist the hair before pinning and teasing if your hair is extremely fine. My hair is fine so having a greater amount of hair to hold back works best if I use the clips after freshly washing my prhair. These clips really do work, it just gets some getting used to and finding the best way it works for your hair type. It took me about 2 weeks of practice to be able yo insert the clip so that it held all day.

Really works and holds the hair.
