I am seventy-four with very fine hair . Lialys Hairpins pins have revolutionised my ability to keep my hair in place as well as look decorative. No more hair grips or slides for me. Thank you.

I am 78 years old and having some issues with raising left arm to reach behind my head to use hair pin. But I am working on it and have been able to do a few of the styles. I sent my 45 year old daughter 3 of the hair pins and she loves them.

Neat little object BUT I have totally failed to achieve any kind of 'leaving the house' style. I get the positioning, some tension, a fix - for an hour or two, and a lump / clump of hair with a sticking out tail!!! I keep on trying but to no avail.

Takes getting the hang of it with several tries. Helps to watch the video tutorial and practice. Cute little hairpins. I like a half updos as I have thick hair.

There are a lot of Instagram adds for Lialys, a company supposedly located in France.

I purchased it and the emails and package tracking all appear legit, but when I received a package with the sender’s information listed as such:

There is also a reddit thread on Lialys hairpins being fraudulent.

I also realized the credit card was processed in Hong Kong.

This doesn’t make any sense that the credit card processed in Hong Kong, shipped from California, and the refund processing center is supposedly located in France.

I have also reported this to the FTC (reportfraudftc dot gov) and the BBB (bbb dot org). 

I preferred these hair pins for an elegant simple way to style my shower hair. Love the results and effortless look.

It was a great experience! Pins are beautiful, but don’t hold my hair, looks like they are more for heavy volume hair type.

I spent $100 on 3 sets of 6 pins to use and give as presents and everyone found they are terrible pins. The pins don't stay in place i.e. they fall out within 10mins, two of them broke and poor customer service to try and get some sort of reimbursement. We all have thick hair but we all followed the video instructions and all found not worth it.
When I tried to find somewhere to write this review, of course Lialy's webpage only has good reviews and no constructive ones.
Not worth the money - better of with those old 80's combs which are a tenth the price.

The pins are very nice- it took me a few days to get the hang of them to stay in my hair. Now I love them.

I love my new hairpins. They are very unique and super cute. I wish I could get them to hold a bit tighter.

They work really well, but not on newly washed silky hair. They don't damage hair and you can get really creative with them.

Like these pins just like ones my great aunt used to use in her bun I also like the tutorial videos will lots of hints and different hairstyles-learning how to use these properly getting better and placing pin in correct position and direction

They are really nice hairpins. It took a few tries to get the hang of them. Love the way they look in my hair and there is no sliding out once they are in place.

The hair pins are nice looking, but are unsuitable for fine hair, they just slip out and don’t hold in place.
The “risk free” is a joke and only a 50% refund is offered.
