Love your product, received in due time. Works with fine hair

I have contacted you numerous times and have never heard back. You advertised it works for fine hair, they just fall out. You state if unhappy there was a refund only to find out I was responsible for sending overseas which is not feasible so I asked for the half refund that you offered. No response. Will definitely write a review.

Shipping was super fast.
These took awhile to master, the tutorials helped a lot. Love how something so simple can be so classy! Easily goes from everyday to dressed up.

Your hair pins look so much better than traditional bobby pins. They are unique and look pretty. Unfortunately, my hair is thin, so your pins won't stay in place. Smaller pins for thin hair may be a better option for people like me.

I love my hair pins! Both sets I received are beautiful. They work so well with my long hair for half-up or all-the-way-up hairstyles. Great for both formal wear, and adding elegance to a casual everyday outfit.

The service was good, however, the product has really disappointed me. I have fine, thin hair and the pins just fall right out. I saw a video where the woman was using mini hair pins and they might work better for my hair type, however, they were not mentioned or offered on your website. I do not recommend the hairpins for fine, thin hair .

The product is excellent. Great idea. However, I have one similar clip that is very old, the same shape made about90 years ago. Your clip is better. I will enjoy using the clip. Congratulations hope your business grows.

These pins are no-pain and it's hard to explain but they FEEL so nice! It is a clever design and they slide into my hair easily yet hold my hair in place.

I have curly hair. The Lialys pins grabs the hair and holds in place very comfortably and it looks great!
I need a few more trys to get it right, but so far so good.

Well, I recently ordered the prestige box. And I was very excited, but it was stolen right out of the package. Only the hair pins were stolen not the box or ribbon so I am still patiently waiting for the replacement to arrive. But I am not sure how many days that will take looking forward to receiving it.

Shipped and received fairly quickly. Where beautifully placed in a soft bag with a red ribbon. Which is so lovely to receive them like that. I immediately took one out and tired it in my hair. It worked beautifully. It slide in perfectly and actually stayed in place and never came out. I was extremely pleased and very happy. They do not hurt my head one bit. And I had my mine in for hours and even had it in when I had a nap. Woke up and my hair pin was still in place and my hair looked the same as when I first placed the pin in the morning. Very well made hair pin. I placed my pin on my pj top and I forgot it was there when I went to bed. And I roll around alot at night in my sleep. I woke up and saw my hair pin on my top and I was so worried it was broken. But it was not. It was in perfect condition and I used it that day and had no problems. I really love this hair pin and all the different ways you can use it. Best hair pin I ever bought. So happy I decided to purchase these. Definitely will recommend.

My experience has been, apart from producing a beautiful ,functional product, Lialys provides excellent customer care. The Team really care, not just about their product, but want to ensure a connection with their customers.

They are beautiful but don’t hold my hair. I probably need the full size, it the petite.

Avoid if you have fine hair
No grip and just becomes loose. Not as described and wouldnt refund unless I sent back to france!?

Ordering was easy and the product arrived fairly quickly. I gave some to friends and I kept some for myself. The hairpins hold my hair very well. They seem to be more secure in wavy/curly hair than in super smooth hair.

I purchased a two for one offer in November but never received 3 tortoise hairpins that were part of the order. I sent photos and emailed over four times and now after saying they were sending them, two months later yesterday they now emailed to say the order was fulfilled. Terrible experience.

Also the hairpins are not nearly as good as the ones I purchased on Amazon which were much cheaper and come in sets of ten for a quarter of the cost. My advice is do not buy from Lialys as it is a waste of time and money.

Hello there..I’m Marty..a grandmom with long, curly, wavy, prone to frizzies hair..when the humidity rises. I live in the Northern Sierra Nevada, a high, mountain Desert. I love the design and concept of your French-inspired hair pins, but, honestly, I am having a heck of a time figuring out how, and in what way to use them. When I pull both sides of hair to secure at back of head, they fall out.. when I twist my hair up into a bun and use them to secure it.. they fall out🤦🏼‍♀️I know it’s my problem, and I have watched the video several times,and I am a little frustrated..but, I will keep trying until I figure it out🤭 I purchased 6 pins.. 3 in tortoise, and 3 in black, and I do find them fascinating..so back to the drawing board! thank you,Love, Grandmar🥰
