These pins do not hold hair like shown in the video. False advertisement. Made them seem as strong as bobby pins which they are not. They don't stay in the hair. And then when you want to return they won't give shipping label. Only 50% off. But who wants to pay 50% for an item that doesn't work.

The pins are cheap plastic and very slippery. They don't hold fine hair at all. I realized instantly when I opened the package that I had been scammed. If I bought something similar at the drugstore it would have cost maybe $10. When I emailed to request a return they say the pins need to be mailed back to France, or they offer a 50% refund. I really regret this purchase- it is a huge waste of money. I ended up just throwing them out.

You are a cheat. You misrepresented this product. Three 3 inch hair pins for TWENTY DOLLARS?!?!?.. I thought they were six inches. WTF? You are a ripoff company. Incredible disatisfaction. Such a blatant ripoff, waste of money. Really depressing. Buyer BEWARE

So I love the lily's hairpin , which is supposed to be suitable for all hair types. I had 3 already and I have thick hair. They look great hair stays in . My only gripe is that after 4 months they all snapped. I have lived them enough to buy another set! But if they don't last again I will be very sad!

For the first time ever I am using a hair accessory that doesn’t give me headaches, however, it still holds my hair in place all day! I am truly amazed…it took me few tries to get it right, as my hair is very thin; but once I did I was speechless! Will not be going back to normal hair accessories :)

Brilliant pin. I was skeptical at first but it holds my thick hair back beautifully. I was a bit hesitant with the first use but soon got the hang of it. Would definitely recommend

Poor product. Poor customer service. Terrible return and refund options. They will only refund half the payment or have you return at your expense that costs almost half what you paid for a poor product. Do not buy!

Easy to order and find different colors. Fast shipping and protective and classy packaging. I really like these hairpins! I need to practice more to get confident with different styles. They look very pretty and hold my thick, curly hair well.

This is a clever plot to make money. The product is not fit for purpose. No matter what you do, will NOT stay in place, it slips off and does not hold. But what the interesting part is that they have created a plot how to make money. Once you report that the product does not work, they give you two options - first they present the undesirable one, making it sound so cumbersome and expansive - to send the product back for full refund. But you need to send it at your cost to France. Naturally the second option is the saviour - they'll refund you 50% off your cost and you can keep the useless item, plus no hassle to ship back.
The 50% retained money covers and over their costs, so they make money anyway!
Don't get caught, it's a well wrapped up scam.

Customer service is non existent. Several emails not responded to. Avoid this company.

Honestly this is so expensive but works zero doesn’t hold hair at all unless you have very thinner hair possible hold

Love these hairpins. It takes a little bit of practice but once you’ve got the knack it works like a charm.

I’m definitely still on the learning curve to using the hair clips. I very much appreciate the emails with tutorials and checking in to see how it’s going! I’m getting better each time I use them!

Great overall service. They were also quick to respond when I was struggling to get the hang of using the hair pins.

Delivery was prompt, everything packed well, order complete. These were purchased as gifts, I hope the recipients were happy with them

Only giving them 2 stars for replacing the first shipment that went missing. First off, they use the unreliable final-mile delivery service GoFo. It took a couple of weeks to get the order and when I got a text saying it had been delivered, it was the morning after a windy blizzard and when I checked my front porch and mailbox there was no package. Contacted Lialys and they got a photo from GoFo supposedly showing a small white envelope lying on my exposed front porch, after dark. Why it was not placed in the adjacent mailbox, also a square bin I keep out there for packages or even on the wooden bench, is beyond me. I checked the entire yard and asked neighbors -- nobody had seen it. There are multiple reports of GoFo drivers shooting "proof of delivery" pics and then stealing the packages. It took several exchanges with Lialys to get them to send me a replacement for no charge. Got them a few days ago and still regret spending over $30 for 6 flimsy and too short pieces of plastic that don't work. My hair is shoulder length and thick with slight wave and no matter how I try them they do not work or stay in place. I did manage at one point to somewhat secure a chignon wrap (I had formed it over a ponytail secured with a covered elastic -- only way I can make the stubby Lialys stick at all) but it looked messy no matter how much I repositioned it. But less than an hour later I realized it had fallen out at some point while I was grocery shopping and I couldn't find it when I searched the store and my car.

This is an overpriced useless gizmo, despite the fancy marketing. Nothing "prestige" about it. I have had French made barettes and clips in the past that were actually the best hair styling accessories I ever used, but I'm betting these are junk from Asia. Also betting within months or even weeks , knockoffs of these for a few bucks each will be everywhere. Still useless at a fraction of the price.

So kudos for them replacing a set for no charge, but still a useless junk product. I know I can't return them without losing money. They will only refund a fraction, if anything, plus I have to pay shipping and am doubtful that even if I sent it requesting signed receipt of delivery that they will comply (most of these offshore companies don't honor that). Much more profitable to claim they never got it back.

Maybe I can give them away to friends with shorter curlier hair. From now on I will not order anything on line unless the order site clearly states "full refund" on any guarantee.

It’s just as easy as the Facebook ad made it look! I have thick, wavy hair, and it was easy to do a half-up!

Took a while to get delivered and I lost one on my first dog walk wearing them. I do like them I just need more practice I think.
