I am still struggling on how to used have not been able to put it on I have watch videos but still nothing ,

It took me several days to to figure it out. I’ll keep perfecting the different styles. I have below shoulder length silver hair. Really thick. I’m almost 70 , have a little stiffness in my wrist due to injury several years ago. I live to wear my hair up !! Even got a compliment!!!

A quality product that actually does what it is hyped to do. It is all I use in my hair now. They arrived beautifully packaged and the delivery was quick. Great communication from Lialys from ordering to delivery. If you are sick of hair pins that don’t stay put and look ugly then I highly recommend Lialys hair pins they look fabulous and stay put all day even after an hour of HIIT! I have very thick hair, naturally wavy and almost waist length, so I have struggled for decades to do a nice up do etc. Not anymore!

Pins look and feels great. It was some learning curve for starting using it regularly (I have thin hair). Now I use it every day.
I give a big credit to customer service for quick and effective solving of some issues with delivery.

These were part of a gift for our to-be granddaughter-in-law who’s from Spain and lives in Germany. She loves them! Thank you! Now I need to order some for myself! Jf

ok not good. for the price? i dont get it why it cost this much to have plastic hairpin that doesnt stay on the hair. bad quality, pretty but useless. Maybe suit for people with thick hair that can use any pen to put their hair up. it does not stay on my fine hair and for them to say it suits all hair types. taht is so misleading. will not buy ever

Looks as pictured. Works very well to secure a bun. I have very thick hair so I do find the half up hair look impossible to mange even after reviewing the tutorial. Holds a small amount of twister hair well.

I have fine hair and I always hate pulling on a Bobby pin because my hair is so fragile. These clips really do hold and they look great too. Highly recommend! ♥️

Hairpins are lovely! Excellent grip and so much more elegant than a pony tail holder or scrunchie. I purchased 9 and gave my daughter 3 of them to experiment with. So far she loves them!

Quality made. The business always keeps in contact with you once you order. I had a problem trying to figure out what I was doing wrong putting them in, The company sent me videos on step by step. So overall great company

The hairpins are really pretty and very easy to use. I love the way they hold my hair in place and they arrived packaged nicely and with the cutest little bag to keep them in.

Love my new hairpins! My hair is super short, super thick and not always easy to style or manage. Sometimes I just want it out of my face and constrained. These hairpins do the trick. They only required a few false starts to get the hang of using them and they really do stay put all day without hurting my head. I’m very happy with the product.

I was exploring options and when I went to my cart I accidentally confirmed my purchase instead of adding a code.

I checked their cancellation policy and thankfully saw that their own websites states you can cancel your order without penalty within an hour, so I cancelled immediately. I received confirmation that my cancellaion request had been received, also within the hour.

Despite this, I got an update the next day that my order was received. I contacted again, but didn’t hear back until the order was already shipped. At this point they said that it was not possible to cancel.

Their email customer service has been terrible, and ultimately they won’t address the fact that I followed their own policy and they just ignored it. They won’t even answer as to whether they’ll process the refund once the package arrives.

Absolutely disgusting, I have no interest in supporting this company.

I was very sceptical about the clips when they arrived. I have shoulder length thick hair & didn’t believe that such a small clip could hold it. It takes a bit of practice to master getting it into a secure position. But my goodness once you do get it right it’s magical how well it holds. I am delighted with little mighty clips 😁
