Great products and price!
Everything that I've purchased looks just like the photo, fits true to size, is comparable in price, and is very comfortable. My only complaint is that every time I've made a purchase, something I wanted is out of stock.

Refunds
15th July Edit: Lemennmoda have been in contact again and have also refunded half of the original shipping cost, have changed star rating to 4 stars as they have resolved everything now.
Edit: Lemonnmoda have now been in contact and a refund has been processed. I managed to contact them by reply to my original order confirmation email.
I ordered 2 items and neither items were suitable.
I organised a return, sent items back, they've been received but I still haven't received a refund.
There is no channel to be able to contact customer service, any link on website just leads to FAQs not helpful at all.

Anxiously waiting
I am still waiting on my 2nd order. Placed on 6/8 with no tracking information available until 6/17, although website clearly states WILL SHIP IN 24 HOURS. The clothes from the first order are very nice, they wash well too (that's really important) clothes will shrink to nothing after you place them in the washer/dryer. I NEVER dry my clothes, only under garments. As of yesterday 6/25, (17 days later) it was shown to be in my area. Since today (6/26) is Sunday, maybe tomorrow. Please don't misinterpret what I am saying, the clothes are definitely very beautiful, just takes a while to get here. After all of this, I STILL would buy from this site again.

Rubbish returns service
I bought a dress which came quickly, I was impressed by the quality but it is too long for me. I tried to request a refund but it will not allow me input the details as its says it is outwith the 14 days allowed. I tried to return it the same day as I received it so that's incorrect. I appear to be stuck with a dress that's too big for me
