All items were returned in original packaging as requested. all it says on account is refund failed no explanation or anyway of contacting yourselves. I have given 3 stars because the service was fast and efficient. I received 2 tops today. The quality of the packaging is good too with zipped bags holding the tops. The tops, however, although lovely colours and good sizes, were let down by the quality of the material. The stripy top is supposed to be cotton mix but is actually a really cheap polyester which I wouldn't want to wear next to my skin. The other with pink flowers on the front is cotton but is so thin and see-through I could never wear it on its own. I can find uses for them but I wanted regular tops I could wear outside. It's a shame that they use such inferior materials as for a few ££'s more could have a really great product

Terrible then made up for it
Terrible! Still waiting for an order I placed on 11th June - still says it’s in process so not even shipped yet!!! (7th July) and they won’t let me cancel it! Unable to get in touch with anyone - just ridiculous
UPDATE: think my order has just been lost - since I put this review on and contacted them they couldn’t have been more helpful. Received my order with about 10 days

I ordered a dress which arrived really quickly. I tried it on and decided I didn't like it. I tried to start the returns process on the Lemonnmoda website to be told it was over 14 days and I couldn't return it. I ordered on 30th June, delivery was 1st July and I tried to return on 6th July. I'm no Einstein, but that's well within 14 days. I emailed customer service who responded to say I needed to respond to them to get a returns form. I responded to the message I received to find my email address had been blocked! I then emailed the service address again and my email address had been blocked from that, too! I now have no way of contacting them, I'm stuck with a dress that's nothing like the pictures on the website and I'm out of pocket. Absolute disgrace.

I love the clothes
I love the clothes, however, sizes are not always the same. A large and X large in some are the same size. And got the same coolottes only different colors in same size, but one was huge, the other fit. The materials are nice and stretchy, so not just flimsy cotton. In general I like their clothes, and have reordered twice.
