No problems here
I placed my 3rd order on 8th June and thought I would track the order last night (14th June). I started panicking as I couldn’t find the website and thought the company must have gone bust and that I’d lost my money. However, this afternoon there was a knock on the door and a parcel was delivered. So, I must speak as I find, this company has been great for me. I know, however, that a friend of mine has had problems before. This order has been delivered within 7 days, my previous ones took 2 weeks and 4 weeks (this was when the cargo ship got stuck and everything took longer) and, I must say, everything I have ordered has been exactly what I wanted.

I like the price point of the clothing
I like the price point of the clothing. Honestly I don't find the clothing to run true to size. I wish there was a phone number to contact other than email. The clothing takes longer than usual to arrive, but its worth the time to save some money. I did a return an received my refund. All in all I'm a happy customer.

2 dresses ordered
2 dresses ordered. Sizing varied between the two although both ordered in the same size and although the styles were lovely the material they were made of was rubbish. One in particular was more like the nylon you might have in old fashioned nightdresses. Would pay more for reliable sizing and good quality product rather than cheap imported clothing from China.
Both items returned at my expense to UK address so that wasn't excessively expensive (although a prepaid label would encourage me to try to buy again) . Sent parcel on Saturday and notified on the following Wednesday that my refund had been paid to my account - 5***** for speed of refund.
Suggestion - shown in product description the material the garment is made from, sort out the sizing issues, and offer free returns. But the styles are lovely and original.

I received my two items and the same day tried to return them as they were to big only to be told that these items can not be returned and also it said it was over the 30 days. I am so unhappy and disappointed and disgusted in the customer care.
You are a disgraceful company and should be shut down. I liked the clothing and would have ordered more things in the future as the clothing was very nice. I have told my friends about how awful you are.also I am now editing this to mention that there is no option of replying on here

Absolutely not happy with this site
Absolutely not happy with this site. My order should of come 3/5 but the carrier scanned my parcel in error showing delivered. However the carrier except they made error. However I am still waiting for items or full refund today. I email them every week for update and all I get is it’s been looked into, thank you for your patience 🤬. I’m fuming 😡 this is appalling service. I am now letting trading standards sort it all out. Not happy.
